Description
The bright, airy unit with beachy decor makes you feel at home right away. The Sundial Condominium is on a quiet portion of the beach, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.
When not on the beach, you can relax on the large balcony and listen to the surf. If you need a break from the sun and surf and want to relax in the condo, at 1000+ square feet there is plenty of room to spread out. TV options include traditional cable plus Netflix, Disney Plus, and HBO Max. If you want to turn off the electronics, there are playing cards, Uno, dominoes, and Jenga. The condo also includes wifi, in unit laundry, and reserved parking. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kids are available so you don't have to pack your own.
We live in the area and are available to our guests anytime, even on short notice.

The master bedroom has a queen bed. The master bath ensuite has a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed. The top bunk has a twin mattress, the bottom bunk has a full mattress, and there is a twin pull out trundle. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a pull out sleeper soft in the living room.
There is one covered, reserved parking space. Additional vehicles may park in guest parking on a first come, first served basis. If guest parking is full, there is public parking within walking distance of the condo.

Policies
If the cleaners are done early on your check in day, we will call to let you know that you can check in early.
Quiet time at Sundial is 10pm - 8am. Please respect other guests and don't make excessive noise between those hours.
Our maximum occupancy is six guests.
Our minimum age requirement for the primary guest (the one signing the rental agreement) is 25 years old. The primary guest must stay at the condo for the entire rental period.
A copy of your driver's license for ID verification is required to complete your booking.
Rental agreement is required to be signed within 3 days of booking.
We welcome guests who are seeking a relaxing, fun, laid back vacation. This is not a party condo. No parties are permitted and no more than a total of 12 people are allowed in the condo at one time, including the guests staying there.
Per HOA policy, no pets are allowed.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the condo or on the balcony. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping.
No glitter, dye (including temporary hair dye), or paint (including body paint) are allowed in or around the condo, including the balcony.
If you accidentally break something during your stay, please let us know so that we can make every effort to replace it for the next guest. If it is something minor and it was accidental, we don't normally charge our guests as long as they tell us when it happens. For larger or more costly items, we will not charge you more than it costs us to replace the item.
50% refund if cancellation is 13 - 8 days prior to check-in.
No refund if cancellation is 7 days or less prior to check in.

We live in Fairhope, AL, about 45 minutes from the condo. We are here if you need us at any time. This condo is not just a rental. This is our home away from home, and we are happy to share it with you. We love coming to the beach, too! We have made every effort to make this a warm, welcoming place for everyone to enjoy. We ask that you treat the condo and its contents with the same care and respect as you would if it were yours.

Just as nice the second time around!
This is our second time booking this condo. It is right on the beach. Always clean. The owner has a book with lots of good information about restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

David and Diana were so friendly and easy to work with. Responds to messages quickly. Their condo is very clean, stocked and beautifully decorated. Would love to stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient beach retreat
The space was plenty for my crew of 5 and you can't beat the location! The condo has some nice updates, new and comfortable beds, and the owners put a lot of effort in making sure the it was stocked with supplies like dish soap and other things that often get overlooked in rental properties. We would definitely stay here again!

What more could a family ask for?
Parking was great. You have a designated spot that’s very close to the entrance to the condo. This made arrival and departure a breeze. The facility has a walkway directly to the beautiful beaches, no hiking or strenuous walks with beach gear required. The condo itself was superbly clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. David and Diana had everything ready for us and their communication was outstanding. We will be spreading the word about this place and will definitely be back!

Nicely updated condo on a quiet beach
Dave and Diana were wonderful hosts. They let us know when the condo was ready and allowed us to check in early. Their condo is very clean, nicely updated, and they provide everything you need, including beach chairs. They even have really soft sheets and bath towels! The beach is wonderful. The sand is soft and white and this section of the beach is quiet. We could not have picked a better place to spend our vacation and highly recommend it.

They had everything we needed (even little extras!) The condo is a smaller building so it isn’t overly crowded which was amazing. Short walk across the street to a little store, amazing ice cream shop, and restaurant (we didn’t eat at but it was always busy). The closeness to the beach, having a pool, and just great communication and check ins from David and Diana were all awesome. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.
