We have always and will continue to perform a very thorough cleaning and disinfection program between every guest using the best cleaning and disinfecting products available, including Lysol, Clorox and Thieves. This makes it more difficult to offer early check ins but we make it a point to let you know when the condo is ready. The condo will be made available to you as soon as it is ready but only after we are confident that it is as clean as possible.

We will continue to use only the best air filters in our AC units. We use the Second Nature Catch All MERV 13 filters.

The "Leaving Footprints 3" beach condo is a 2 bedroom townhouse condo at the corner of West Beach Blvd and 2nd Street in the South Winds community and with a queen size sleeper sofa downstairs and 2 queen size beds in the East bedroom and a king size bed in the West bedroom it sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a traffic controlled crosswalk leading to the newly renovated mulit-million dollar Gulf Shores Main City Beach so there is no need to fight for parking to access the greatest beach hot spots. Whether you are here for the Shrimp Festival, Mardi Gras Parade or Hangout Fest you can get there right across the street. Being the very first condo complex West of where highway 59 dead ends at the Gulf of Mexico puts you within easy walking distance of all of the great events, restaurants, drinks, music and more. You can sit on the roomy front deck and watch the world go by on West Beach Blvd or you can sit on the more intimate back deck with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise.

Just steps away from the incredible emerald waters and white sand beaches. South Winds Condominiums is a low density complex with only 12 units which means the pool is never too crowded.

Pick up some fresh seafood at the local seafood market right up the street and use the fully equipped kitchen to have a great home cooked meal or if you prefer to eat out the options are fabulous. Whether it is Desotos, The Hangout, The Steamer or Funky Fresh Ice Cream you are a short walk from some of the best that Gulf Shores has to offer.

There is a smart TV in the living room so that you can access your favorite streaming service and Cable on all three TVs and free high speed WiFi keep you connected to the world if you aren't quite ready to completely unplug. With 2 queen beds in the East bedroom and a king size bed in the West bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of room for 8. A port a crib or small cot is also available upon request.

We only have 3 rental properties which makes you our top priority and since we live less than a mile away, we are quickly available for any emergencies or unforeseen needs, but you are more likely to run into us at the beach or in one of Gulf Shores' great restaurants.

We love Gulf Shores and moving here has been a dream come true and we can't wait to share paradise with you.

Clicking the "REQUEST TO BOOK" button will place your dates on a temporary hold. The hold will be changed to booked once your deposit has been received.
Failure to make a deposit will cause the temporary hold to expire making your preferred dates available to the next guest.
