*We want you to have fun but please be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours (10 pm- 8 am).
*We know you love your fur babies and want them with you but It's against the condominium rules to bring pets in. So, please do not bring them with. We appreciate your understanding.
*Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the unit.
*If you lock yourself out or loose the keys, you will be charged a 50$ fee per incident.
*We appreciate you bagging the garbage and leaving it outside the door when you leave. If you can throw it in the dumpster to the north of the property, even better!
*Please place all used dinnerware in the dishwasher and turn it on upon your departure. Please do not leave in the sink or on the counters as this can attract insects.
*A 500$ security deposit will be withheld to be released upon departure if the place is left in good condition. Any damages caused will be deducted from the security deposit.
