This updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single level condo is your vacation spot! Come and relax in this remodeled fully equipped 1440 square foot condominium. Master bedroom features a king bed with a TV with a large vanity leading to a private bathroom, that includes a large walk-in shower! 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a TV. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for children featuring twin bunk beds, queen bed, TV, and a DVD player.
Large spacious living room with a 61 inch HD TV, free cable, and wifi. Full size pull out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress . There is also a queen size air mattress if needed as well. Dining room table with large leaf, with 8 dining room chairs, with 2 bar stools at small kitchen bar. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and boogy boards are available at the unit for guests to enjoy.
We also have a gas grill in the storage closet as well as charcoal grills to use in the grilling area. 8 acre complex is located on the lagoon with a series of docks, boat slips (first come first serve), and a boat launch to enjoy fun filled days of boating, fishing, and crabbing! Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico is across the quiet west end of Beach Blvd. Enjoy the white sands of Southern Alabama beaches in this quiet, private area of Gulf Shores. Only 3 miles from the shoppes and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. Snow Birds are welcome here at Fun in the Sun D-105 at an adjustable rate!

Our family is from Cartersville, Ga. Owners Dan and Sandy Parker with our daughter and son in law are the property managers, Diana and Ed Bell. We really enjoyed the Gulf Shores area and decided to buy a condo in this wonderful area. We want others to share the great beach area with a great condo complex. It has the best of both worlds at the beach. You can play on the beach and also the is fishing in the lagoon. Both a just a 1-3 minute walk.

We traveled in a group of 7(2 Adults, 4teenagers and a child). The property was AMAZING! We loved everything about it. There was a small minor problem with the ice maker but other than that everything was great. The condo is literally right across the street from the beach. We walked across with no problem. The balcony had LED lights around it and it faced the pool. This condo has everything you needed. Kitchen appliances...small and big, cookware, utensils, PLENTY of towels, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The girls loved it! There was also a storage closet on the lower level with all sorts of beach accessories and chairs. Communication with Diana was a breeze. No issues!!! We traveled from TN and would stay at this property again!

We’ve been coming to o Gulf Shores and been staying with my parents at a different condo for a few years. Having our own place this time was so nice. The accommodations we’re just as described, plus tons of games and kids toys for my grand baby! We hate to leave, but have so many more great memories now!

We have been coming to gulf shores for 34 years and usually we stay in the heart of Gulf Shores on the beach but I must admit I loved staying out on West beach on the lagoon.. The grounds were very well maintained and the condo was immaculate.. The supply of amenities were up and beyond, the beds and couches were very comfortable, and the beautiful dining room table that seated 8 was impressive.. The deeded access to the beach was nice and convenient and spending time on the beautiful pier out into the lagoon was great.. I would definitely stay here again..

The condo was the perfect size for our party of 8. It was so spacious, and we never felt cramped. We could have had more. It had everything we needed. Beach and pool access was easy and convenient. We will definitely be back.
