Meal preparation is a cinch in this well-designed, fully stocked, kitchen with tons of extras. New Kitchen upgrades for 2017. Dishwasher(new) microwave, Stove/oven(new), refrigerator and all your household linens, Plus, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. A wall of windows in the large living area over looks Little Lagoon. Balcony access from both bedrooms leads to the large balcony looking directly over Little Lagoon. Boat launch & slips available on site. Bring the jet skis or boat and enjoy. Catch a variety of fish from the private pier or surf fish on the Gulf side. Come and spend your vacation at our Home Away!

Payment Terms: 50% deposit at time of booking and balance due 15 days prior to check-in date. Refundable damage deposit of $400 due at time of booking.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday

Check in is at 4:00 pm
Check out is at 10:00 am
If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, you will be refunded 50% of the total funds paid.
If the reservation cannot be rebooked, I (We) understand that the moneys paid may not be returned. Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather. If evacuation is mandated by civil authorities, you will be given a refund for the unused portion of your rental period.
If client cancels less than 15 days prior to arrival date you will not get a refund of the deposit money.

Welcome to our home away from home! Roy and I currently live in Spanish Fort, Alabama. We have three children. Two boys 23 and 25 and one daughter 13. We wanted to purchase an investment property and knew that Sea Oats had everything that we wanted for a family vacation location. My personal favorite is the balcony over looking the lagoon!! Our wish is for our guests to be extremely comfortable while on vacation - relax, play and enjoy family. Enjoy a gorgeous view from the large picture window in the den. Have coffee on the balcony while watching the boats go by in Little Lagoon. Bring your boat/jet ski and fishing poles!! Fishing off private pier and surf fish on the Gulf side just a short walk across the property. This property has two 8ft deep pools to enjoy. Bring your bikes!! What makes this condo unique Best of both worlds! Lagoon to your North and Gulf of Mexico to your South. Private boat launch and slips so bring your boat. Surf fishing as well as fishing from the huge pier located on the lagoon side. Equipped with a fish cleaning station!

Views are the best!
This was our families 2nd time to Sea Oats in Gulf Shores. We love this complex! It truly has bestbof both worlds. Lagoon on one side and beach on the other. The views of this condo truly was the high light! Opening up the curtains everyday to see the water was just so relaxing. The condo itself was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and friendly as well. We would love to stay again! ❤

This place is great! We loved it!!!!
The location is fabulous!!! We took our 3 grandchildren & they loved it! They were back & forth to the gulf & fabulous pool. It is close to Gulf Shores parkway, too, so very convenient. The view from balcony is so nice & overlooking lagoon. So peaceful & relaxing! The space is very clean, large, kitchen great, & beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be back. It is on the 2nd floor so we got our much needed exercise every day, especially me, since grandaddy's knees aren't good. We had a blast & made memories that will last a lifetime!!! Thank you to owners, Dawn & Roy Henning. They were very responsive & great to work with. Can't wait til next time!!

CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!
By far, this condo is the cleanest I've been in at Sea Oats. This was the 4th year my family vacationed at Sea Oats, and due to last minute booking, I went for this condo. I was not disappointed.

Nice unit in quiet condo community.
Great property. Reasonably priced. Close to restaurants and shops but complex itself is quiet and far enough removed from larger hotels and most high rises that your experience is more residential than commercial. Beautiful beach! Owner responsive to all questions.

Wonderful!
This property delivers everything promised. Wonderful view, close proximity to ocean, nice neat and clean. This was the perfect get away week for us! Fully stocked kitchen meant that all we had to provide was our paper products and groceries - perfect! Thank you for a great vacation spot!

Ultimate Retreat
Loved this condo! The condo is a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of Gulf Shore fun. Beautiful condo with a picture view of the lagoon. Very peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each morning. Each bedroom and the living room have access to the balcony. The condo is very spacious. The master suite has a comfortable king bed. The complex has a great swimming pool. The owners were very helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great time. We did! We wll be renting it again. I would have liked to had a storage room for beach equipment. I highly recommend staying in this condo!
