A Gulf Beach vacation and a lagoon front vacation. Situated on 7 acres of land, Sea Oats is water front on Little Lagoon with boat launch, boat slips, fishing dock and sandy beach. Little Lagoon is quieter water for small children and jet skis. Just across a low traveled road is Sea Oats’ 50′ private Gulf front beach. This is where you can swim, body surf, jump waves, collect shells, build sand castles,and go fishing. The complex has 2 Olympic size pools and 2 kiddie pools. There is also a covered picnic area with tables and grills.There is plenty of parking and places to put small boats and jet ski’s. The unit is VERY large 1,450 sq ft. The unit is fully equipped with everything including full size washer and dryer. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is on the second floor,{no elevator} with a Queen in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has 2 twins and a full, there is also a Queen roll-away bed. Wonderful!
We had a great time staying here at this condo! Everything was very clean upon arrival. The condo is spacious and very nice. Just a short walk to the beach. Dog friendly so we were able to bring our two small dogs with us.
My only complaint would be all the stairs since this unit is on the 2nd floor, but it's not that big of a deal as long as you are physically able.
Great condo and we would stay here again!
