Large, 2 bedroom unit (1250 sq ft) overlooking one of two pools on the property.
Balcony has views of lagoon and gulf
3 - 50 inch TVs, one in Living Room and one in each bedroom
Fully-stocked kitchen
Washer and Dryer - washing pod is provided for cleaning towels before check out
At least two beach chairs are provided in the closet on the parking level.
Fishing poles are also stored in the closet, but user must bring their own tackle/bait.
Kayaks are available from owner. Please contact them to use. Paddles are provided in closet.

Policies
No animals are allowed due to owner allergies. This restriction includes service animals. No animals are permitted.
Household items must remain inside the unit such as bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc.
Due to bats in the area, doors must be kept closed.
Must be a minimum 25 years of age to rent. Renting for someone under the age of 25 is not permitted and grounds for eviction and loss of deposit/funds paid if reservation made under false pretenses.
A deposit must be made for a reservation. Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in.
Security/Damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out assuming the following conditions are met:
* No damage to condo or its contents beyond normal wear
* No items are missing
* Dishes are clean and put away
* Unit is not excessively dirty
* Trash has been deposited in dumpsters and not left in unit
* No evidence of smoking inside the unit
* No evidence of an animal
* Adhere to check-out time
Refunds will not be made for cancellations or shortened stays due to inclement weather unless the National Weather Service issues a Mandatory Evacuation. Any unused portion will be refunded if a forced evacuation is mandated.
For reasons listed above, it is highly recommended that travel insurance be purchased.

Owners are on-site.
We have been visiting Gulf Shores for almost 30 years, and although we've visited other coastal locations, we always came back "home" to Gulf Shores. We rented houses and condos during that time, and found Sea Oats to have some of the best amenities; a short walk to the beach, two large pools, low population density, boat ramp, lagoon access, the list goes on.
We purchased a unit in Sea Oats in 2020 and moved here from Indiana in 2023.
We hope you find it a great place to visit.

Amazing
Forever Young Condo is absolutely amazing and beautiful. First time at Gulf Shores and had a great time. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome.i will be back!!

Gulf Trip
This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we were 100% satisfied with Sea Oats. It is decorated beautifully. The area is stunning with a few short steps to the beach. The storage closet has everything you need or want, that’s nice! I lived sitting on the balcony. We had great weather. The nicest condo we’ve stayed in. Roger and Tonya took great care that we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely go back!!

MUST STAY!
Forever Young at Sea Oats is BEAUTIFUL. From all the places we have stayed this was by far the nicest!! The host were great and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back to stay at Forever Young!!!

Home Away from Home
This condo was definitely one of the best we have ever had. The owners thought of everything and it was so well stocked and nicely decorated that we felt right at home.
We loved the close proximity to the beach and having the use of beach chairs and umbrella was great.
If you want a great vacation this is the place to be!!

Great for Families
This was our second time to stay at Sea Oats, first time in this particular condo. We absolutely loved it from the moment we walked through the door. It was so clean and bright, comfortable furniture and so tastefully decorated. It felt so inviting and cozy. We utilized the fold out couch in the middle bedroom, which was perfect for our kids. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with of the pots, pans, utensils and glassware we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that could be accessed through both bedrooms and the living room. We loved the chairs and umbrella made available for the beach. There was so much thought put into making this feel like a home away from home. We definitely plan to return!

A Slice of Paradise on the Gulf of Mexico
From the moment we arrived at Sea Oats, our stay at this Gulf of Mexico couldn't have been better. Nestled in a prime location with views of the Gulf and Lagoon. The condo provided an idyllic setting for a perfect vacation.
The condo itself was beautifully furnished, boasting all the comforts of home and more. The living space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparations a breeze. The bedrooms were serene retreats with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.
What truly sets this condo apart is its location. The stunning view of from the balcony was a daily delight - the sunsets were truly unforgettable. It was just a short stroll to the beach, which was never crowded and always clean.
The nearby area had plenty to offer. From delicious seafood restaurants to quaint shops and exciting outdoor activities, there was something for everyone.
The property managers were also incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
In summary, this condo is a gem on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers not just a place to stay, but a complete experience that combines comfort, luxury, and the natural beauty of the Gulf. We can't wait to return!

Truly Amazing
Beautifully decorated and clean. Wonderful views of the Gulf and Lagoon. It is apparent that the owners put a lot of thought into the furnishings as everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay is in this condo. Just a couple minute walk to be on the amazing beach and great pool access. Highly recommend this condo to everyone that is looking for an amazing vacation. Will definitely be returning to Forever Young!
