Our complex is located on almost 8 acres of prime lagoon front property. Sea Oats offers a private boat launch and slips, fishing piers, 2 gazebos, and picnic areas with grills. We also have our own private beach access just a short walk from the unit. You will find a boardwalk on both sides of the road with outdoor showers. If you’d rather sun at the pool, the property has two Olympic size pools. Bring your boat and fishing rods or your kayaks!
Covered parking leads to the entrance way of the condo. You will also find additional parking for boats, jet skis and kayaks.
This unit is newly renovated: new floors, molding and paint.
The unit is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit with over 1450 square feet. The balcony faces the Little Lagoon with gorgeous views. The building is 3 stories. The bottom level is the covered parking. There are only 2 floors of units and only 6 units per floor. We are located on the top floor of the building. This building does not contain an elevator. Access to the unit is by stairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a separate dressing area and spacious closet. You will also find a large private master bathroom. The master has its own flat panel HDTV with cable.
The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. This room also has a large spacious closet and a flat panel HDTV with cable.
The third bedroom contains a queen size bed. It also has a large spacious closet. This room has a flat panel TV.
The second full bath is located in the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
In the living room, the family will be quite comfortable watching a movie (DVD/Blu-ray player), cable or accessing the internet to watch TV on the flat panel HDTV. The DVD/Blu-ray player is connected to the internet to allow for the ultimate streaming entertainment –Smart Tv in living room with Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, etc. There are some DVDs and card games provided, but feel free to bring your own. Reclining sofas in the living room, where you can relax as you enjoy the Lagoon view or take a quick nap.
In our unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. There is a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove and dishwasher. You will also find everything you need to prepare meals when you choose to cook, including a slow cooker. We also have a blender to prepare your favorite frozen drinks as well as a coffee maker. The coffee maker available.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Our condo has a covered reserved parking spot underneath the building. 1 parking pass is included with rental. Additional parking passes are $25 each.
Responsible party is required to occupy unit during the entire rental period.

Todd and Teresa purchased this particular condo in 2022. We have owned at Sea Oats for more than ten years. We bought this particular condo in 2022 that we have chosen to share with others. Teresa and I believe you will enjoy our Caribbean Bait as a great location and place for time away at the beach. This unit is newly renovated: new floors, molding and paint.
We chose Sea Oats because of the amenities, location and family atmosphere this property offers.
What makes this condo unique.
2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, boat ramp, 2 fishing piers, dozens of boat slips, covered BBQ area, 8+ acres to roam around.
This is a very nice condo. One of the best we have stayed in. Super stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook any size meal. Cleaning supplies and bath supplies to provide anything we forgot to bring. The beds are very comfortable, and I am a fussy sleeper. We were really grateful for the ease of WiFi connection and the TV's in every room. The easy access to the beach was great and the view of the Bay was outstanding. Morning coffee and evening cocktails overlooking the bay was worth it all.
We highly recommend this condo to our fellow travelers, and we will definitely repeat our stay here very soon.
