Sea Oats boast the best of both worlds, the beach out front and the lagoon out back. Plenty opportunities to swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, boating or just relax in the sun. A short drive away you will find Amusement parks, Water Parks, Shopping, Restaurants and golf.

Welcome to our condo!
We are located in the cozy beach town of Gulf Shores, just a few a minute drive from all the action of downtown. With a lagoon right out the door and a beach just a one-minute walk away, our location is perfect for your family or friends get-away. The lagoon can be used for fishing, kayaking, boating, and paddle boarding. There is even room under the building to store your kayaks. A large dock is included with fish cleaning stations and BBQ grills- a perfect spot to enjoy dinner after a long day on the beach. If you’re lucky you’ll catch dolphins swimming in the lagoon in the evening and early morning.
The quiet, white sand beach is directly across the road. While there will be other guests, our beach is much more laid back than the public access beaches in Gulf Shores. A rinse off station is available on the walkway to get all the sand off before you jump into one of the two large pools in the complex. The balcony of our condo overlooks one of the pools, so enjoy the view and relax from the chairs and tables provided on the balcony.
Our condo includes one reserved parking space, with plenty of parking for other vehicles. We are located just one flight up, although there is no elevator. Our maintenance team is top notch in upkeep of the facilities as well as ensuring a safe environment for all. We cannot wait for you to book your stay with us and enjoy our little piece of paradise! The $250.00 deposit is non refundable if you decide to cancel. There is no refund for inclement weather Unless Gulf Shores calls for evacuation.

We are young retirees finally living out our lifelong dream of owning a piece of paradise. We found Alabama Gulf Coast and quickly fell in love. In March 2018, our dream became a reality when we found Sea Oats Condominiums. It has been a slight work in progress (we are continuously updating our condo to best provide for our guests), but with the help of our adult children it has really come together. Our family is adventurous and loves kayaking, jet-skiing, fishing, hanging out at the beautiful beach, and playing games on the balcony once the sun has gone down. With the kids now scattered all over, in TN, FL and MI, it is great to have a place where we can get together multiple times a year. Fun loving, truly blessed, and thankful is what best describes us.
