Description
We have always and will continue to perform a very thorough cleaning and disinfection program between every guest using the best cleaning and disinfecting products available, including Lysol, Clorox and Thieves. This makes it more difficult to offer early check ins but we make it a point to let you know when the condo is ready. The condo will be made available to you as soon as it is ready but only after we are confident that it is as clean as possible.
We will continue to use only the best air filters in our AC units. We use the Second Nature Catch All MERV 13 filters.
The "Leaving Footprints" beach condo is a 1 bedroom condo in the Sea N Sun community and with a sleeper sofa it sleeps 4 comfortably. This condo is located on West Beach Blvd just across the street from the beach with a deeded beach access. You can be in the water in 5 minutes. Sea N Sun is a low density complex with only 19 units which means the pool is never too crowded.
Pick up some fresh seafood at the S&S Seafood market just 50 yards West and use the fully equipped kitchen to have a great home cooked meal or if you prefer to eat out the options are fabulous. The Beach House restaurant is right next door to the S&S Seafood Market and the Hangout is only 1.25 miles East with tons of great choices along the way like Bahama Bob's, Bill's by the Beach and Desoto's for a drink or a great meal.
A smart TV in the living room allows you to access your favorite streaming services and Dish TV on both TVs and free WiFi keep you connected to the world if you aren't ready to completely unplug. With a Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of room for 4.
We only have 3 rental properties which makes you our top priority and since we live less than a half a mile away, we are quickly available for any emergencies or unforeseen needs, but you are more likely to run into us at the beach or in one of Gulf Shores' great restaurants.
We love Gulf Shores and moving here has been a dream come true and we can't wait to share paradise with you.

Cute and Cozy
We were beyond happy with our stay!! Everything was wonderful!!!! From everything you need to cook with and extra beach towels.. Very clean that’s always a HUGE plus!! You have many things to do within walking distance which makes it very nice. The beach was wonderful the Dolphins put on quit a show!! I would stay here and I will recommend this condo to anyone that’s wanting to visit.

We loved this condo!!!
We loved this condo!!! It’s super cute and cozy!! We had a wonderful stay it was super clean and it had everything you needed for cooking extra beach towels and sand toys. The pool was great when the kids wanted to swim at night we spent the day at the beach then swimming and back to the beach to walk. There’s so much to do and you can even walk to some restaurants and little stores.. Everyone was super friendly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that’s wanting to visit. Rick was very responsive to any questions I had you can’t get that kind of service from a Hotel.. I hope to be back soon and spread the word to others. Thank You Rick and CJ for letting us enjoy your place.

Cute and relaxing visit
This was a spur of the moment trip and we couldn’t have been happier. It was perfect for my little family of 3 and my son loved the color and decor of this place. We were only able to stay 2 nights and he actually cried about leaving this place to go to another. It had everything you need and more! Beach towels and sand toys were provided as well as other basic amentities. The location was perfect. There is an amazing restaurant and bar, small grocery store, and a carry out restaurant right next door. The fact that we could stay all evening at the beach and then pick up an amazing dinner to take back “home” to eat was a game changer with my young son. No “everyone getting ready with showers,” crowds, long waits for restaurants! It’s not directly on the beach, but a very easy walk over. We hardly had to wait for any traffic to cross! Hope to be back soon!

Awesome Weekly Stay
This rental is not only cozy but it feels like home. Everything is available to use as in cooking utensils,etc. The owners are Great! I highly recommend this one.. My girls didn't mind the short walk across the rd to the beach. And there's a store right on the other side of the rental. We had beach towels available for us. Minutes away from the Zoo Waterville,and Cajun Grill..Just everything felt like home. ♡

The place was so cute and beachy feel
We just got back yesterday from vacation here.. It was wonderful.. The place was so cute and beachy feel.. The owners Rick & his wife were super nice people..we stayed sun til thursday..the beach is just right across road..the swimming pool is nice too..washer & dryer available to use to..we went to beach day & night had so much fun.. Then came back to condo was nice & cool.. Tv's WiFi stove fridge .. We will be going back to stay here again soon..really loved it...

Very clean. Nice location (not right on the beach but easy walk across the street). Comfortable. Towels, beach towels all available in the home. Hosts were quick to respond and kind the few times we sent inquiries. Fun decor. My little one enjoyed the sand toys that were available.
