The Bama Breeze will put you at ease! Located across the street from the sugar-sandy beach, this 2 bedroom condo is updated, fresh and breezy. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for a family or friends to stay in! Right outside the front door is a view of the pool with just a short walk down the stairs or an elevator ride and you'll be ready to take a dip! The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you wish to make. The living room area is bright and comfortable with a pull out couch, a sofa and a swivel chair, it also has a full size washer and dryer in unit too. It's a great place to relax and watch your favorite show. Also, the Gulf access is right across the street deeded for Sea Breeze Renters. We know you will enjoy your stay here!

Booking Policy:
100% of the total rental amount is due at booking, plus $250.00 refundable damage deposit to be refunded after the inspection of the property.
Cancellation policy:
45 days before check-in: 100% refund (less $250.00 damage deposit).
30 days before check-in: 50% refund (less $250.00 damage deposit).
Less then 30 days: No refund
No refunds due to hurricanes in surrounding areas, storms or bad weather or any act of God or unforeseen.
No Smoking, No Vaping in side property, including balcony and not in unit either.
No pets of any kind allowed on resort property. Subject to fine and eviction.
Rental Information:
No rental to anyone under the age of 25 years old. Unit must have an adult for the entire stay.
Check-in/Check-out Policy:
Check-in after 4:00pm (The day your rental starts) No early check-ins
Check-out at 10:00am (the day your rental end) No late check-outs
Keyless entry: you will be given an access code 24 prior to your arrival.
Additional Info
Bedding, bath linens and kitchen linens are provided. Washer and dryer in unit. Bath towels to remain in unit not for swimming.

A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage can liner, dishwashing liquid, etc is provided to get you started but you will need to purchase additional supplies/seasonings for the rest of your stay.

Also upon leaving please take the garbages to the dumpster behind the building.

If something breaks I know it will happen, but please notify me so if I need to fix it right away I can.
