Description
This newly redecorated, pretty condo sleeps 6 people, in King bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room and a set of bunk-beds in an alcove off the hall, known as “crew’s quarters”. The unit has 2 full baths, a complete kitchen, eat at bar, dining table for 4, washer and dryer, 2 T.V.and DVD. The direct gulf-front view off the balcony is gorgeous. You can see all the way up the beach and down the beach due to a semi-circular balcony that comes out from the building slightly. You have the privacy of the Gulf State park next to the condo. This part of the Park has no public parking so it is almost like we have 1/5 mile of beach all to ourselves. The new pools are fabulous.The heated indoor pool is almost as big as the outdoor pool, and there is a super Jacuzzi, steam room, gym and sauna. The condo has everything you could need, just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush.

Spring Break softball group
We loved the condo!! Ronda could not have been sweeter and so helpful with the questions we had. We had a wonderful vacation and no trouble at all. Great location!! Cutely decorated and fit me and my husbands needs perfectly. Would come back again!!!

Wonderful and comfortable stay right on the beach!
My family had an amazing stay here! The condo was perfect for two parents and three children—ages 10, 3, and 1! We brought a playpen and it fit perfect in the bedroom with us. Everything is conveniently located to the condo and you have everything you need to cook your own meals to stay in too! The beach is literally downstairs. Families, this is for you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great Location!
Rhonda’s condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and recently renovated so it looks brand new! We had everything we needed. You can’t beat this location. It is a smaller complex that joins the Gulf State Park property, which is why we love Royal Palms! It’s the closest walk to the beach that we have ever had! It is literally right on the beach!! We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot tub! It is a very short walk on the beach to the state park lodge. We enjoyed an awesome breakfast there with an incredible view! Rhonda was very easy to communicate with. We would love to visit again!

Very Nice Condo w/ a Beautiful View!
Our family had a great trip and this condo was the perfect size and location for us! We have 2 kids under 7 yrs old and they loved the bunk beds. This is a lower density complex compared to others around it and so we felt perfectly safe staying here in the middle of the virus pandemic. The pool and beach was never crowded compared to the other large complexes going back towards the public beach. I also like the fact that it is one of the last complexes before the state pier which makes the beach out front less crowded. The condo was super nice and it seems like the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Everything we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable. This unit is just the right size for a family with young kids. The view from the balcony is amazing. We ate all our lunches out there on the nice patio table. We have stayed at this complex twice before within the past 5 years, but this was our first time in this unit. We will absolutely book this unit again! Tammy was very easy to work with and quick to respond!
