Wake up to spectacular sunrises, gentle Gulf breezes, and a panoramic view of the Gulf and Bay from the balcony of this beautiful, privately owned penthouse condo located at Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club on the Fort Morgan peninsula offering the perfect escape from the crowds in Gulf Shores. It has numerous swimming pools including indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, fitness room, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting green and more. This is a vacation community offering 24 hour onsite security, private white beaches, natural sand dunes, great surf fishing, and is adjacent to the award winning Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf Club. The Sassy Bass Island Grill is onsite where you will find the best of the best tropical recipes served in the most relaxing atmosphere.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a split floor plan with an open kitchen, dining and living area that will sleep 6 comfortably. Sleeping configuration includes a king, queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin beds. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops and a coffee bar.
Security camera/recording device: Each hallway and common area in and around the building is under surveillance by building security.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
A $35 parking pass is required per vehicle (2 vehicles allowed.) Link to purchase parking pass will be forwarded at the time of booking.
The TV in the living room and guest bedroom are NOT connected to local cable. PLEASE BRING YOUR FIRESTICK TO LOGIN TO YOUR CABLE PROVIDER. The TV in the master bedroom is connected to local cable.
Beach chairs are provided in the storage cabinet on the balcony.

Please utilize the outdoor shower to rinse sand and saltwater off of your body and beach gear.
Do not hang any items including towels on the balcony railings.
Load and run the dishwasher, empty the trash, and place the dirty sheets and towels in the bathtubs prior to leaving. This will help the cleaning service get in and out quickly.

A comprehensive list of the Homeowner Association's rules will be forwarded with your Rental Agreement and can also be found with additional rental information inside the condo.

Thank you for looking at our property for your vacation. We enjoy the tranquility of Fort Morgan and the many amenities Gulf Shores Plantation has to offer.
We are from Memphis, TN. We have childhood friends living in this area and have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years. One week after signing the contract to purchase our condo Hurricane Sally took us for a ride. After many years of dreaming and saving, we were finally able to close on Gone Coastal and she was established in April 2021. Then the fun began!
Don't be surprised to see the Blue Angels thrilling the coastline as they fly over while practicing their maneuvers. It is the best "wake-up" call and one there is no mistaking!
We value our guests and hope you love our vacation home as much as we do.

Perfect Getaway
If you are looking for the "perfect spot" with the view of Heaven on Earth; THIS IS IT. This particular condo gives the vibe of that cozy & comfy feeling all the way around. It is truly a "home away from home." This complex is very family oriented, peaceful, & quiet that is only steps away from paradise. I can't wait to go back!

Breathtaking
I have never been to this part of Gulf Shores, and was completely bowled over by the beauty, tranquility, and peacefulness of this spot. I was there in the off season, winter. But the crispness of the air, the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, the Blue Angel maneuvers, the bay on the left, the gulf on the right….I could just go on and on. Rave reviews from top to bottom, and ALL the comforts of home. I cannot WAIT to return . Fort Morgan is MY place!

This condo is very clean and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided by the owner. I will return.

Amazing vacation
This condo was amazing! It was decorated beautifully! We had everything we needed ! The walk to the beach was short and the sand was beautiful! We had an awesome time and will definitely be back!!!

BREATHTAKING
We have been to Gulf Shores many times over the years and had gotten used to the hustle and bustle of the “Strip”.We were told this place was different - when we drove in there was peace and quite = exactly what we needed this trip - the building was neat - clean quite - the proximity to the beach was a hop skip and jump - the interior of this condo felt like HOME - there was everything you needed from the kitchen - bedrooms & bathrooms - the balcony provided million dollar views of both Mobile Bay and the Gulf - sunrises are spectacular - there are beach chairs and accessories already there which is a BIG plus - seems as if the owner had everything in mind when she put it on the market for rental - she was cordial & courteous - so much so we have already booked a return trip in a couple of months - if you want a peaceful - beautiful - relaxing get away BOOK THIS PLACE NOW????
