This amazing home boasts three floors of living space, balcony access with lagoon views from every room, a private "beach", private baths adjoining every bedroom, on-site kayaks, and so much more!!!
As you pull up to the property you will find ample parking with two carports. As you enter the main floor mudroom you will be greeted with cool beachy colors and decore. Ascend the gorgeous hardwood stairs to the main floor (2nd floor) where you will find a spacious living room, half-bath, dining area, kitchen, and guest room. The living room features ample seating, flat-screen tv, and balcony access with unbeatable lagoon views! The dining table offers seating for six at the table and four at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, dishware, and cookware. The second-floor guest suite offers a king bed, flat-screen tv, private balcony, and private ensuite with double sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
On the third floor, you will find another living area, two additional guest rooms, and a laundry area with a stackable washer & dryer. The living area offers tv, books, balcony access, a sleeper sofa, and full over full bunks with a twin trundle. Each bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, and a private bath with double sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Outside you will find a private beach area for the kids to play, ample seating for adults to relax, and a charcoal grill and picnic table for cookouts. This amazing home is located in the small Golden Pond Community which offers a pool and fishing pier.
Kayaks & Paddle Boat are available on-site to rent. $250.00 / total for the entire stay. 1 Adult Kayak, 1 Medium, and 1 child kayak, 1 tandem adult. Paddles and lifejackets included. If desired, a 24-hour notice (prior to arrival) and a signed waiver are required.

Awesome summer vacation!
I haven’t done a review before but our stay here has been so nice and fun I wouldn’t feel right about not doing one. The house is beautiful inside and out the location is great and you have everything here you need. My niece loved the sand in front of the house my son loved being able to fish from the front porch and being able to walk to the beach and the Lagoon Pass is another plus! Angela Schoolmann was also great at finding us the house and being very helpful with every 100 questions I had
