—We are across the street from the Gulf. There are various ways to get to the ocean - many of our guests love the 6th street access point because there are bathrooms there. We have maps in the Welcome Binder so you can choose your favorite spots. Feel free to use our beach wagon to take your things to the water with ease.

Rental Agreement:

The rental unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, death or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises.

Terms of the Agreement:
The Agreement begins at check-in and ends at check-out.
Renter must be 25 years old and occupying the condo.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, reservation deposit, and/or rental money and the party will not be allowed to check in.

Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of adult guests is limited to 6 persons. If it is determined that more than the approved number of guests are occupying the unit, ALL guests will be evicted immediately, with no refund.

Check-in time is 4:00pm CST and check-out time is 10:00am CST. There is a charge of $50 per half hour until all guests depart condo along with their belongings. Follow “Check Out” requirements in the Blue Binder please.

Rental rules:
Guest agrees to abide by the Las Palmas Condo Association Rules (attached as Exhibit A) at all times while at the property and shall case all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while on the property.

Renters shall have NO pets in the condo or on the condo premises per Las Palmas HOA. If you are found to have a pet, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Sub leasing or rental is strictly prohibited.

Please leave all condo items in the condo at all times. The exception to this is the wagon and beach items we have made available for your use.

Rental rate includes a one-time linen and towel setup. While linens and bath towels are included with the unit, daily housekeeping service is not included. Please bring beach towels for your stay. Seaside Tide towels and linens are not allowed to be removed from the unit.

Every effort is made to maintain each property and its equipment to insure all are in good working order. Please report anything that needs attention - any item that isn’t working or any damage as soon as possible.

Guest shall allow condo owner or representative access to the property for the purpose of repair / inspection. Owner/representative shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Cancellation Policy:
Guest agrees to cancelation policy as stated in listing. There is no refund for early checkout.

Parking:
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the assigned #123 parking area. Any additional vehicles are to be parked in the overflow parking area at the east end of the complex. Boats/trailers/PWC, and motor homes are prohibited there.

Hurricane Mandatory Evacuation:
If a hurricane mandatory evacuation is issued for Gulf Shores, AL area for the scheduled arrival date, then the reservation will be cancelled. No one is allowed to stay in the condo during a mandatory evacuation. The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation:
A) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered will be refunded.

B) Any guest that is scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation and wants to come in after the evacuation is lifted, the rental rate will be prorated based on the number of nights the condo will be occupied.

The City of Gulf Shores has an ordinance allowing the eviction of undesirable guest from a vacation rental unit. There will be no refund of unused night(s) of stay.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo or on balconies.
The Owners Closet has Owners’ personal belongings in it and shall remain closed and items unused throughout your stay.

Damage Deposit-
If you cause damages, you may be charged up to $250. If the home is returned with no damages, you will receive your full damage deposit back.

By booking this condo, you certify that you have read this agreement, understand, and agree to abide by it. You also certify that you are financially responsible for any damage by parties present during your occupancy dates. The above rules are in place to ensure the enjoyment of all owners and tenants. Failure to comply may be grounds for fines or eviction.

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful getaway! The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean. The view of the beach was great. We sat on the patio almost ever day. The location and convenience of walking across the road to the beach was great. Our kids had a great time on their first visit to the Gulf. I definitely would rent again.

You will love their place. It’s right across from the beach which was literally 3 minute walk. You can also bbq in the courtyard . Kitchen was stocked with all your cooking needs if you didn’t want to eat out. We will definitely come back

Home Away from Home!

We loved our stay here. Felt like we were right at home, and everything was thought out and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids. Our 3 kids slept comfortably in the second bedroom, and this was one of the only places I found that didn’t have those weird bunk beds in the hallway! And right across from the beach, it was a no brainer for us. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

We spent 3 nights at Seaside Tide and look forward to many more. I’ve had family in the GS area for roughly 30 years, and Seaside Tide has a great location that puts you minutes from your toes in the sand. We loved the view we had from the balcony and our family spent a lot of condo time out there. We also played most of the games that are available in the rental, popped out the DVD player, and enjoyed being able to make some of our favorite meals in the kitchen.

We didn’t visit the pools on the property but they were clean and available. We did use the laundry, which was great. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach items. You get a lot of dish, hand, body soap and shampoo/conditioner that was certainly enough for a 3 day stay. There are tons of sweet touches around the condo - lots of cozy blankets, a fun scavenger hunt for the kiddos, two kinds of coffee makers, Dish network, coupons to local places, comfy beds and more personal touches than I could list.

We had a few questions for the hosts and got quick responses. We highly recommend this rental.
