2 Bedrooms – both with Queen beds
2 Full Baths – one has a walk in shower and the other is a tub/shower combo
Living room - space for the whole family and has a full-size sofa sleeper
Dining - table for three and a breakfast bar for two
Kitchen - is fully equipped for your needs and has stainless steel appliances.
Laundry - Stainless steel full-size washer/dryer for your use
2 Balconies – main entrance balcony overlooks Little Lagoon and you can access it from the back bedroom, while the living room balcony is a corner balcony with peak-a-boo Beach views and has high-top seating for your leisure
2 Pools – one is designated for Family while the other is for Adults 19yo+
Private Parking – free private covered parking. Limit 2 vehicles for complex.
Lani Kai is a low density walk-up building, 2 levels of stairs, no elevator.
No pets allowed for guests (per our HOA not us)

So, come and sink your toes in the sand and enjoy the beautiful white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax read a book, fish from the shore, build sand castles, swim, or take a stroll we are less than 1 mile from town that has several restaurants, shopping and entertainment to choose from.
If calmer waters is what you’re lookin for, Little Lagoon is a 10-mile-long saltwater lagoon that is little more than a ½-mile wide and is separated from the Gulf of Mexico by a ½-mile stretch of sand dunes and West Beach Boulevard. You can even launch your boat at Mo’s Landing Park just 3miles away.

Now owned and operated by Flip Flop Paradise. 2 best friends who work in healthcare and wanted a little more for retirement than our cold land look states! We love the beach and gulf shores area so we decided to purchase a little piece of it! We operate and manage ourselves so do not hesitate to reach out if everything is not how you expect it to be :)

Great location! Easy access to the beach and close proximity to restaurants. Condo has views of the ocean and the waterway.

Very nice property
The location of the condo is ideal. Just s few minutes walk across the street and you are on the beach. Inside, the unit is very comfortable. Appliances and fixtures are new, the beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are updated. We enjoyed our two week stay here

Music, Fun, and Beach!
We stayed here for the Hangout fest and enjoyed the space! An easy walk to many restaurants, activities, and the beach is right across the street. I would stay here again if I come back next year!
