Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the balcony!! This is a very affordable 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with parking for 2 vehicles directly underneath, washer/dryer inside, outside shower, and two swimming pools (one family, one adult). It overlooks the pool area and has unobstructed view of the gulf with private beach access. This condo sleeps six with one king bed in one bedroom, and a queen bed and a set of bunk beds in the other bedroom. This unit has three smart TVs. It is also located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Don't miss out on a wonderful vacation this year - just bring your swimsuit, flip-flops and beach towel to let the fun begin.

Great Time at the Gulf!
My family of 6 fit perfectly into this condo, which is right across from the beach and walking distance from anything you want to do or need. Parking is right off the street and was a wonderful and easy stay!

Wish it was our own!
We have been staying in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for over 20 years and Melanie’s condo is our favorite place to stay by far! The location is great, the condo is nice and has everything you need. The beach is right across the street a very easy short walk. Sitting on the balcony you have a great view of the beach and water. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times and hopefully will stay many more!!

Excellent place to stay
I have stayed twice at #113. It is the perfect get away place. Beach is across the street, condo is clean and cozy. Porch is wonderful for looking at water or people watching. Cover parking a plus. Restaurants and convenience stores are in walking distance. Melanie gets right on it if a problem arises. We will be back again and again.

Perfect GET AWay
This is my 3rd year with 2 of them being with Melanie! The condo is beautiful and well equipped for extended stays.it is also very clean and so comfortable. The view is outstanding!! We sit.on the deck and enjoy the gulf every morning. We also have a choice of 2 pools. It truly offers the best location...wow!!! It is .8 miles to 59.. I finally have to speak about our wonderful hostess. She has been so accomadating with any request we have asked.of her. I feel like I am staying at a friend's place. She is what Gulf Shores is all about!!!! I feel very fortunate to have found her place.

Repeat vacationers
We have stayed at Sun Kissed for two summers in a row and already have a week booked this summer. There is a perfect beach view and across the street access to beautiful sand and sun! The condo has everything you need! The pools are perfect for families and adults. Great location within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants! We will stay at Sun Kissed for many years to come! Melanie is incredibly easy to work with and makes sure that everything is ready for arrival!

Great Staycation
We had a wonderful time staying in on Lani Kai 113. The condo was perfect for us and clean. It is in the Perfect location walking distance to convenience store and the down town area. A quick walk across the street to the beach. We will be staying here again to enjoy another staycation.

A great get away
Melanie was excellent to work with and stayed in contact the entire time! The place was very cozy and had amazing beach access! Has everything you needed in the kitchen and an overall good space! The covered parking was nice as well especially since there was a hail storm during our stay. Would defintley rent again!
