With two en-suite King Masters, two additional King bedrooms, and two bunk rooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. The layout of the home is perfect for families and groups of friends, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable living areas, and plenty of storage. The outdoor spaces are just as impressive, with a propane grill, outdoor shower and plenty of seating area to soak in the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The location of the home is unbeatable, with an indirect ocean view in the front of the house and lagoon views in the back. The house is just a short 200 step walk to the beach boardwalk, pool, and tennis court, but for your convenience, we also provide a beach wagon to make your journey to the beach more comfortable.

SEA HAVEN GULF SHORES provides many additional amenities so you have more than just a starter park. Each bathroom has 4 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig, a coffee pot, air fryer, blender plus spices and oils to make cooking a breeze. For the beach, we provide a beach towels, cart, cooler, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas.

Master - King, en-suite with separate shower and tub
Bedroom 2- En-suite King bed with shower/tub combo
Bedroom 3- King bed with shared hall bath #1 (shared with bedroom 4)
Bedroom 4 - Queen over Queen bunk beds with shared hall bath #1 (shared with bedroom 3)

Laguna Key neighborhood has a community pool, community boardwalk to the beach, tennis court (tennis racket and pickle ball equipment is available to bring with you) plus a basketball net, and a fishing pier.

A maximum of 6 cars is allowed (2 parked in garage and a max of 4 in driveway). Per HOA regulations, there is no street parking, boats, RV’s and trailers are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
