Please come and enjoy our spacious gulf-view condo centrally located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Over 1,200 sq feet of living space where the family can relax. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath and kiddie bunks ; one guest bedroom has a queen size and the other has a king bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living area and each bedroom has a flat screen television for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped and has just been recently renovated . The balcony has seating for 6 where you can relax and catch a view of the beach.

Parking passes are purchased onsite $20 per car limit 2 passes.

Our unit is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and 'The Hangout'. Also located nearby are 'Waterville' (water park), ' The Track' where you can ride go-karts or play miniature golf, The Gulf Shores Zoo and plenty of souvenier shopping. Within a short drive you will find 'Lu Lu's' (owned & operated by Jimmy Buffett's sister), several marinas, The Wharf, The Outlet Center and other specialty shops.

The pool area adjacent to the beach has a regular and kiddie pool. There are plenty of chairs for sun-bathing and a large covered area with picnic tables and charcoal grills. There is a 'workout' room on site.

We require a $300 deposit to hold the rental with the full amount including rental, cleaning and taxes due 60 days prior to check in. Upon receipt of rental the $300 deposit converts to a damage deposit. It will be refunded after check out and inspection report.
We require a 7 day minimum (Saturday to Saturday) during summer except for last minute availability. We would love to have monthly renters for December, January and February.
Additional Info
I will respond to inquires as soon as possible. I communicate by email, phone or text. I send my rental confirmation via email and my guests print, review for correctness. Then they sign and send to me through regular mail along with the deposit check. At this point, we accept checks only!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will get a full refund of all charges EXCEPT the deposit. Cancellations received 60 days prior to schedule arrival will be refunded 1/2 of the rental amount plus the cleaning fee and 1/2 of lodging tax. No cancellation will be accepted later that 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If someone cancels within the 7 days, they will not be refunded any rental fees, cleaning fees, or lodging tax. NO REFUNDS will be given in the event of bad weather UNLESS Gulf Shores is ordered to evacuate.

Will stay again! Wonderful location and great owners!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo the second week of June for a few days.. my only complaint is we didn't book it for longer! We have 6 kids and this was our first time to the beach.. we ended up getting this condo last minute and the owner Karen was so WONDERFUL to work with! Made it so easy and if I had any questions about anything she was easy to contact. I can't say enough good things about this property! It really is home away from home, very clean and nicely decorated! We didn't do a lot of attractions because with 6 kids it was really pricey but that is ok the beach was all we needed! The pier was beautiful, went at sunset and got some great pictures! Thank you Karen!

Best family Spring Break ever:)

Our group of 7 stayed at the condo for Spring Break. We had everyone from ages 10..and up. The decor was cute and the location could not have been better. We walked to restaurants and gift shops. The teenager loved the Hangout and everyone loved our meal at Lambert's in Foley. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful. The beach chairs and sand toys that were stocked in the condo made our days on the beach even more enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked several meals while there. The listing was accurate. The property was clean and everything worked as described. The owners were helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. No one wanted to come home, and everyone wants to go back:)

Stayed here for Spring Break with the family. It was close to everything. The condo was very clean, kitchen well-equipped for anything you needed. Extra awesome!!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you Rawlins family!!!
