STORM PROCEDURES: We will only cancel your reservation if there is a mandatory evacuation of our county. Otherwise, the cancellation policy above is in place. No refunds will be issued for cancelation related to inclement weather. If mandatory evacuation takes place during your stay, you will be refunded at a prorated charge for the evacuated dates only.

My husband and I fell in love with Gulf Shores and begun our journey with short term vacation rentals. This is our second property, with the first being directly beside this one. We live in Tennessee with our 5 teenage kids. We love adventures, traveling and spending time with family.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated condo, it is very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean!
Our host was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had an unexpected situation that was beyond their control and they made sure that we were well taken care of!
The condo is decorated beautifully, it’s cozy and has the perfect view of the ocean and short walking distance to several nice restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for two additional days, and we were glad that it was available.
Looking forward to returning soon!

Nice Place
Katie's place at Island Shores is in a great location! Ground floor unit looks over the Gulf and Sea-n-Suds is just a quick walk and is a fun little beach restaurant/bar. The ever popular Hangout is just a few more minutes down the beach and really anything you would need is within walking distance. Only 1 parking pass is included with the rental, but a second is available for a fee. The condo is clean, has everything you would need in the kitchen and even plenty of beach toys, chairs and a small cooler. This is a perfect place for a family of 4 or 5. The unit is on the smaller side, but not cramped. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. A great value on the beach in Gulf Shores! Oh, and Katie is super quick in responding to communication, which we really appreciated!

Will Return
Katie’s place was great for our family! VERY convenient location. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and the pier. Rental included everything you need to cook meals there which was a nice option. We hope to return next time we are in Gulf Shores!
