Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a charming duplex on the crystal white beaches of Gulf Shores , Alabama. This is an absolutely gorgeous ocean front location. It’s almost like having your own private beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home sleeps 7 in beds and 2 more with a comfy queen size blow up mattress. There is a fully furnished kitchen with plenty of dishes. This area has something for everyone: playing on the beach, swimming and fishing. There are several golf courses, including Kiva Dunes, the top course in the state. The kids will love Waterville USA and there are also several putt-putt and go-cart locations. The National Naval Air Museum is in nearby Pensacola. This is the home of the Blue Angels who hold practice sessions at the site at different times throughout the year. Eight miles north is Alabama’s largest outlet mall with Ralph Lauren, Coach, Nike and more. Just a few miles down the road, you will find a variety of food locations to choose from. Some places even deliver! Our house is pet friendly. We would apprecate your pets being at least one year old. We look forward to having you stay in our little piece of paradise!

First choice for Gulf Shores stay
I have traveled with three friends to the coast for the past seven years and often twice a year. When in Gulf Shores we always return to this duplex. Best location to get away from the center of town and enjoy the sunrise each morning from the deck. You step from the deck to the sand and on the beach. You are a half mile from the Little Lagoon bridge and public beach access, which makes a perfect walk in the morning. By car you are minutes from two great local eats.. Beach House Kitchen, Bahama Bobs as well as the Oyster House, and Desotos. The duplex kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with all you will need for a perfect week at the beach.

Great House on Beach
Preface to say that Gulf Shores beaches had opened up the week before after being closed due to Covid19.
We loved the house as soon as we pulled in the driveway and saw the location. Then as you walk into the house you are met with gorgeous beach views. All photos are exactly as they appear. The kitchen is well equipped; plenty of room for everyone and so much more! My favorite area was the large deck - I could sit in the chairs or enjoy the swing and the amazing gulf views. As you walk down the deck steps you have your own private area to enjoy and then you walk up the dune to the beach and gulf. I loved that it was private and that there is no public access to the beach there. We met many other vacationers in nearby houses and on the beach (social distancing of course). We were so happy that restaurants were allowed to open (50% capacity and tables 6 feet apart) for dine in and we took advantage for 2 nights. We loved grilling on the deck with the gas grill and enjoying our dinner on the deck. The duplex is also pet friendly and we were very happy that there was no "pet smell". You do need to get approval from the owner for your dog. The owner is amazing and responds quickly. We have already recommended this house to several of our friends. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Cathy, for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Great House on Beach

Great Vacation Spot
Rental is right on the beach. Clean and a great location. Easily get into town but far enough from the busy city center. Great communication!

Great Vacation
As pictured. Condo right on beach. Walk down stairs off back deck right onto the sand. Beach was not crowded. Cathy, the owner, was very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the Zoo, the kangaroo and Lemur encounters, and the Hangout.

Awesome beach time
This little duplex was so very well equipped. Best we have ever had. The walk and view to beach was excellent. We had a great week and would book again. They were easy to contact when we had a small issue and accommodated us.

Wonderful Beach Home
A beautiful beach with white sand and blue water is just a few steps from the door. This home is nicely decorated and welcoming. We had everything we needed for all our meals and couldn’t have been happier here. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful beach!
Walk right down a few steps onto the sugar-white sands; hear the waves through the bedroom windows. Location can't be better with the main area of Gulf Shores near, but on an area of the beach with only houses. Owners are nice and responsive. Everything we needed for a family of four. Fully equipped, well-stocked kitchen. Huge flat screen TV in living room. Comfortable king bed in upstairs master, with second-story balcony off master bedroom. Pet friendly. Only thing keeping it from a five is the older furniture and bathrooms, but that did not matter so much to us because it's a great, classic beach house and it was clean.
