This beach home is within minutes of the beach & lagoon access, restaurants, fun activities, bike trails, local events, nightlife and grocery stores.
This newly remodeled house & everything in it is for your exclusive use during your stay. The only exception is the owner's closet which is locked & the main storage area under the house.
*** Please note that we have a double CORDAROY beanbag/bed and NOT a futon or an additional room or bed. It is stored in the living area & linens are provided if you have additional people staying. This is really only suitable for children or young adults.
The site does not have a place to note it is a CORDAROY so I chose Futon.
The doors have "hotel" locks and stay in the locked position. You will want to memorize the code or keep your phone with you so you have the code handy. If you have any problems with the code, please call me immediately and I will issue a new one.
There are also chain locks for the door as these are hotel style and open when the handle is turned, so please remember to secure if needed.
Please do not leave doors "propped" open as the doors have sensors installed and the air conditioner or heater will shut off if the doors are left open. This is to protect our house from moisture and the units from being damaged.
Please, keep the temperature at 0 for the freezer and 37 for the refrigerator.
Per the refrigerator technician, when you fill it with hot or warm food it takes about 24 hours to cool back down & if the temp is turned down, it takes longer to cool because it is also working to cool the freezer.
**Fishing : **YOU must obtain your own Alabama fishing license.
