Welcome to Tide Down!
From our beautiful cottage, you may access the waterfront lagoon, make the quick walk to the beach, and make many wonderful memories. The nearest beach access is just a 5-10min paved walk; we also provide 2 bicycles and 3 kayaks for your enjoyment!
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the homes sleeps up to 10 guests! The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and private bathroom. The large guest room holds two sets of bunkbeds, totaling to 4 twin sized bedrooms! The downstairs bonus room hosts another queen sized bed with an attached 1/2 bathroom. Additionally, the living room sofa converts to a full sized bed. Plenty of room for all!
Tide Down is pet friendly, with a max of 2 pets per stay. Pets must be leashed outdoors and kept in a kennel when unsupervised in the cottage. We also ask that the pet be included at the time of booking the reservation.
There is a washer/dryer in the home. We, also, provide a complimentary starter pack of shampoos, conditioners, laundry pods, (2) toilet paper per bathroom, (1) trash bag per trash can, and roll of paper towels, have been provided to get you through the night without having to fight the crowds at the store. **You will need to provide the an additional supply of items for the rest of your stay.
With contactless check in, you will receive a follow up email post booking and an additional email the day prior to your stay with check in information and door codes.
Guests reserving must be 25 years of age or older and present during stay.
