Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date for condos for weekly or daily rentals and cancellations that are made at least 60 days prior to your arrival for houses & monthly rentals will receive a 100% refund of all reservation deposit, rent, taxes and fees less a $100 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations that are made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for condos for weekly or daily rentals and cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to your arrival for houses & monthly rentals will receive a 50% refund of all reservation deposits, rent, taxes and fees less a $100 Cancellation Fee. All cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee of $100. NO refunds are issued for early departures due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Beach Getaways does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as medical emergencies, illnesses, hurricane or similar events. In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation is ordered by Local Authorities due to a hurricane or tropical storm, all unused rents for the nights while the evacuation order is in effect will be refunded. If the property is uninhabitable due to storm damage all unused rents and fees, less the $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance if your reservation dates are during the hurricane season.
