Renovated 2023/2024. Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo (unit 5514) on the Sugar White Beach at Gulf Shores Plantation in Ft. Morgan. This family affordable vacation resort is gated with thousands of feet of private sugar white beach frontage. Granite Slab Counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen - Dining area has a table that seats 6-8, plus 3 Bar Stools at the Bar. Feel Free to call the new owner with any questions. This Gulf Shores Vacation Condo has a split 2bdrm/2bth floor plan that is totally updated for your comfort and enjoyment. Updates include a new leather sleeper sofa, leather recliner; dining table with two Italian-designer chairs and two wooden benches with leather tufted cushions. The unit is appointed with art from local artists for a cool, beachy feel. The large master bedroom features a King bed with great Gulf Views, master bathroom has a Travertine Tiled Walk-In Shower, and private balcony access.The guest bedroom has a full size bed and one twin bed and its own full bath. If you are accommodating more than four guests, linens are available for the sleeper sofa in the living room. The main access to the balcony is off the living area where, you’ll find gorgeous Gulf views and is the perfect spot to watch a spectacular coastal sunset. The Condo has TV's in the living area and both bedrooms. Cable TV and Internet Access are provided. On the property, there are seven pools (including one indoor and one kiddie pool), a new 11 x 12 ft indoor hot tub, an outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed from May 15 through Sept. 15 ), Mens and Womens saunas, exercise room, putting green, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and swap library. BBQ Grills are located throughout the property. Beach access is just down a sidewalk and then onto the boardwalk to the beach. Two elevators in the building. NO PETS and NO SMOKING. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. Sassy Bass Island Grill & Bar is located in the building with Ocean views while dining and an outdoor patio for eating and having cocktails. Kiva Dunes Golf Resort is located in this Resort Area (walking distance to Golf and Dining). Please note that the Resort charges a $35.00 fee for a parking pass for the duration of your stay per vehicle with a 2 vehicle limit. After booking I will send out info on how to pre-pay for the parking pass on a website with additional information. On the ground floor is a laundry room with credit card/ coin operated new washers and dryers, there's an app you can use to see how many machines are available as well as when your laundry is done while being in your condo ( no washer/dryer in the unit). No daily maid service, linens and towels provided (bring your own beach towels).

My kids and I rented this condo for our trip. It was beyond what I expected. When I rented I had a different idea what it would be like from the pictures. I was very impressed with the layout of this place. The views were amazing and beach access was perfect. Anthony was very helpful and was available for any questions I had. I will definitely be planning another trip to this place in the future.

Great stay
Anthony was great to work with and very receptive to any issues. The building was under renovation while we were there so there was the typical mess associated with that. All amenities were exactly as described.

Very nice
Owner was excellent at responding to emails.
It’s off the beaten path somewhat. No street noice and able to see the starts at night on the beach
The Property could use a few cosmetic upgrades. Shade areas or umbrellas around the pool would be good. (Not the owner’s responsibility )
I brought TP with me. But was a good touch to have a starter roll just Incase renters didn’t bring any.
I would for sure stay again. Loved the code in the door! No worries about loosing a key

Great location & accommodations!
IMO, this was the perfect location in the Gulf Shores area. It's about 15 minutes from the "main" Gulf Shores shopping, etc. so you are a bit removed from the congestion. The condo was also perfect for a small family and offered beautiful views. It was clean and Anthony was very helpful. The resort also offers a lot of family activities, including tennis, shuffle board, pools, and hot tubs. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful views
The condo was just as pictured. It has beautiful views of the beach and grounds. We really enjoyed our stay. The indoor and out door pools are both really nice and they stayed open later which we liked. This area seems to be much less crowded and more peaceful than the orange beach area. The owner was very prompt with every response and gave us recommendations on places to eat and what was in the area

Great Place!
We had an awesome family vacation at Plantation! The condo is great for a small family. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, swimming in the pools, and just taking in the beauty of the ocean. Also, the onsite restaurant Sassy Bass was really good too!

It was like home away from home!
The condo was great! Very clean, very well decorated and nice furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped & very nice. I loved having a balcony door in the master bedroom. We will definitely visit again!
