Description
This is the 14th year of sharing our 2 bedroom condo with you! It is a first floor condo so stairs or elevator are not needed. Pull right up to the condo and place suitcases over the railings of the balcony. We are located in Plantation West, the diagonal building near the houses. We have a fully furnished kitchen includes, dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker. Master bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Sofa makes into a sleeper. 2 full baths. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living area. Living area, kitchen and baths are painted a light blue with accents in greens, blues and yellow. One bedroom is a relaxing shade of blue-green and the other a calming green. Sit on the patio to drink your coffee and look out to see the white sandy beaches and waves. 135 steps gets you to the boardwalk. Just what you need for a tranquil, calm home away from home!
This is a no pet complex except for true service animals (not emotional support animals). But we ask that if you have a service animal, you find another condo because we have someone in our family that has severe allergies to animal dander. Thank you for your consideration.

If golf is your thing, Kiva Dunes is on the same property. Peninsula is just down the road. The property has 2 swimming pools and a hot tub in our courtyard. Across the parking lot is a pool for children. There is access to an indoor saltwater pool on property as well as tennis courts and horseshoes! There is NO washer/dryer in the unit, but there are pay washers/dryers just down the hall. This is a NO smoking, NO pets unit (rules of the property.)
Fort Morgan is out a bit from the rat race so it makes a perfect place to enjoy with family.
Gulf Shores is a short 20 minute drive in and offers plenty of places to eat, family activities such as putt-putt and arcades. OWA amusement park has opened in Foley. Foley offers outlet shopping! Plenty of things to do after relaxing on the beach!
Renters must be able to provide ID and must be over 25.

We bought at The Plantation after visiting there with our 2 sons for years. I am a retired school teacher and my husband works for the Department of Transportation. We just wanted a place to go to relax and enjoy the sounds of the beach. We were very blessed to find our little slice of heaven

Fun family getaway
We had another amazing stay at this condo. Our family has stayed here for years and it is always clean, well stocked, and the owner is so wonderful. The property had some construction but our trip was not affected. The convenience of all the amenities all right on the beach makes for a relaxing trip. This feels like our second home and we always want to go back as soon as we leave. It is spacious and fits our big family well.

Wonderful Condo
My husband and I took a short beach trip with our two year old and stayed in this condo. My sister and two nephews joined us, also. We loved the condo! It was perfect for all of us. The location is great because it is close to several pools and not far from the boardwalk to the beach. We loved how you could throw your suitcases over the balcony when unloading and loading your car. I also loved the detachable shower heads in the bathtub because it made cleaning my two year old quick and easy. Connie, the owner, is super nice and helpful. This was our second stay at this condo and definitely won't be our last!

Wonderful Condo
My husband and I recently stayed at this condo with our two year old. My sister and nephews joined us. It was perfect for us. We loved that you could unload and load your car on the balcony because the condo is on the ground floor. The swimming pools and boardwalk to the beach are close by so you don't have to go far too get to them. I loved the detachable showerheads because it made cleaning my two year old quick and easy! Connie, the owner, was super nice and helpful. This was our second stay at this condo and definitely will not be our last!

Kentucky family of 7
This condo is our home away from home. We have stayed here for 4 years and each year we fall more and more in love with it. The condo is clean, well stocked in the kitchen, the grounds are immaculate, and it is friendly and quiet for the little ones. There is plenty to do locally for all ages. Connie is very attentive and easy to communicate with. We already have 2019 planned. You will not regret staying here, the value, location, and amenities (especially large families) cannot be beat.

Always perfect!
My family and I just completed another stay in Connie’s condo at Gulf Shores Plantation. We’ve been staying in her condo for family vacations over the last eight years and every time we stay, it’s always just perfect! The location of the condo is ideal because we always park directly in front of the patio, which makes it easy to unload luggage and groceries. From the front door of the condo, you are only a few steps from three different pools and the boardwalk to the beach. Trust me, when you are traveling with kids, this makes life so easy! The condo has everything you might need and I guarantee you, if there is something it does not have and you let Connie know, she will ensure you get it. My family and I vacation to a lot of different places and in all of that travel, Connie has proven to be the most reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and helpful property owner we rent from. This is the only vacation property that we have become repeat customers with. If you are looking for the perfect place to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation with family and/or friends, trust me, this is the condo for you!
