2 Bedroom condo on top floor of Grand Beach Condominiums. Located across Beach Blvd from Gulf State Park Beach and 1 mile walk to the Hang Out. This is a fully updated unit with Stainless Steel Appliances and washer dryer. 1.5 Bath. There is a king bed in master, 2 bunk beds and queen bed in loft. Private balcony with spectacular view of Gulf State Park and the pier. Grand Beach Resort P1 is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with a loft and built in bunks. It has an beautiful, unobstructed view of the Gulf State Park beach and pier from the private balcony. The complex is less than one mile east of Hwy. 59 (Hangout) in Gulf Shores. • The unit has been fully upgraded with Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dining room table that seats four, with three additional bar stools. • Washer and Dryer in unit • Living room a 55" flat screen and DVD player • Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 50" flat screen TV and DVD player • The loft area has a queen size bed with a 30” flat screen smart TV and DVD player. • There is a set of twin bunk beds built into the alcove in the hallway. • Wireless internet access is provided. • Amenities include Air Conditioning, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, DVD players, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Hair Dryer, Outdoor pool and Hot Tub, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable • Maximum of two cars allowed. One parking pass is included in cleaning price and can purchase a second for $40. Guests have full access to the condo with exception of the owner's closet and attic. If there is anything needed I am always available by phone. There are convenient stores and restaurants within a 1/2 to 1 mile walk from the condo. The State Park Pier, walking and bike trails are about a 3/4 mile walk or bike ride from the condo. You can walk for all the essentials but a Super Walmart and Grocery stores plus many other restaurants and amusement parks are within a 1-5 mile drive from the condo.

Beautiful Condo near Quiet Beachfront with Plentiful Fishing!
The pictures do not do this place justice - immaculately kept, well appointed, upgraded appliances and everything we needed for a week at the beach. Steve is a great communicator - gave us tips on restaurants to try (and which to avoid), fishing spots, and bike trails. And speaking of fishing, the stretch of beach directly in front of the condo has some of the best surf fishing on the Gulf coast. We caught pompano, spanish mackerel, blues, and whiting all day! Beach access is quick and convenient, and since the access is right on the line of a state park, it was easy to find a private stretch of beach - even during the Memorial Day holiday.
