Completely furnished, just like home, with king beds in each of the 2 bedrooms, plus a sleeper sofa to accommodate 6. Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. We are Gulf front, directly on the beach with private beach access. Includes BBQ area and swimming pool downstairs. Private parking for guests. You will love the enclosed balcony on rainy days or open it up to feel the warm Gulf breeze!

Minimum rental age of 25 years old, and must show valid photo ID prior to receiving access information and parking pass.
Parking pass is required to be placed in sight on dashboard of vehicle during stay.
Full payment due 30-days prior to check-in.
You are provided the toilet paper and oaps that are there upon check-in. Additional supplies are your responsibility.
Please do not take any utensils, glasses etc out of the condo. Glass containers are not allowed on the pool deck or on the beach.
Half refund if cancellation notice is 15-30 days prior to check-in.
No refund shall be given under 14 day notice prior to check-in.

We purchased this Condo in 2013 because we love the Gulf Shores area! Our family has been vacationing here for years. It was time to own a little piece of paradise for ourselves! It's so nice to have a home away from home. I know you will love it too!
We especially love the location of this building...right on the beach, without anything obstructing our view of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! The pool & BBQ area is nice after a day at the beach...or you can just run to the grocery and make dinner like you are at home. With 2 kings beds and a sofa-sleeper, there is plenty of room for you and your family.

Great Balcony and right on the beach!
This property has a wonderful balcony, big beds and was right on the beach. The only thing I would suggest is bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex. Other than that, the place was great! Such a beautiful view and Allison was great to work with.

Very nice and clean. Great view of the gulf. Was able to watch dolphins swimming every morning.

Perfect vacation on the beach!
Loved this property and the area! Walking distance to The Hangout. Loved the decor and the beds were comfortable. Great balcony and view! Can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation
Our family had a wonderful vacation experience at the Edgewater condo. It was a smaller complex which meant a less crowded beach and pool area. The condo was in a great location, and we had a fantastic view of the fireworks. The storage closet downstairs was perfect so we didn’t have to drag everything back upstairs everyday. We will definitely rent this condo again for future vacations!

Great location! Good condition - good manager!
We've stayed in Gulf Shores before and this is a new location for us, but we loved it! It was easy to get to and still close enough to the action. We had a car, but we saw people walking to the pier area. The balcony has our favorite chairs - the tall adirondacks where you can see over the balcony rail and watch the waves and the people. The air conditioner worked great and there's lots of counter space in the kitchen. I really have no complaints - the pressure was a little low in the shower, but its the top floor so its to be expected. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic everything!
Allison Spencer is the most gracious owner I have dealt with! The condo is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! The best part was sleeping with the bedroom patio door open and listening to the ocean all night! Great amenities and it is literally turn key accommodations! We will definitely stay again!

Beautifully remodeled with a balcony perfect for sun or rain
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay! The condo has everything you need - great view, lovely renovations, comfortable beds, crisp linens, well stocked kitchen tools. Allison was IMMEDIATELY responsive upon checkin and checkout. The balcony can be enclosed so you see the view and can hear the waves - or watch the storm roll in. We have stayed in Gulf Coast condos for the past 10 years and loved this unique balcony feature! Would definitely recommend!

Sunrise Sunset Balcony
The view from the balcony was wonderful. We caught sunrises and sunsets as we faced pretty much south. We watched dolphins a few mornings as we sipped our coffee on the balcony. The beds were very comfy making sleep very peaceful and relaxing.. Close to great seafood places. We even managed to find gluten free pizza right across the street. Great stay! Great place to relax and get away!
