We are the new owners and our condo has been completely renovated with all new paint throughout, all new stainless-steel appliances, all new beds, all new mattresses, all new bedding, all new 52” Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, as well as shiplap just added, offering a cozy, clean, classic, beachy vibe.

We offer everything you would need for a beach get away, making your trip as easy and convenient as possible! There is a fully stocked kitchen, with all kinds of appliances, spices, starter amenities, etc. We also have beach chairs, beach/pool toys, a beach wagon to carry all your supplies to the beach, a rolling cooler, a pack n play, high chair, beach umbrella, a stroller, board games and much more!

Enjoy the convenience of a keyless lock system on the entry door, making your stay safe and secure, with your own code for your stay; no need to worry about keys.

You’ll have access to all the amenities at this sought out complex, which include:

Large, heated indoor pool, just off the lobby

1 large pool and jacuzzi, located at the base of Crystal Tower, just off the lobby

1 amazing pool across the 2nd floor, air conditioned crosswalk, beach-front, with a lazy river, and large jacuzzi. This pool is the largest beach-side pool in Gulf Shores with an oversized deck, plenty of chairs, gazebo area, lazy river, full restrooms, and a beautiful and spacious view deck.

This location is simply unbeatable! You are literally steps away from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico - all you have to do is grab your beach towels and your sunscreen and head to the beach and pools! If you’re looking for endless family-friendly activities, you must head to Highway 59, as its home to all sorts of family-friendly activities, including Waterville USA, Tiki’s Mini-Golf, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke’s Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises and watersports rentals.

Parking Notes: A parking pass is included in your fees and will be in your unit when you arrive. Please message me for a second parking pass for a fee of $35. There is a maximum of two (2) parking passes. Please fill out the information requested on the passes and keep it in your vehicle during the duration of your stay, so you do not get ticketed or towed.

There will be six (6) amenity wristbands left in the condo for your use during your stay. Please leave them on the counter upon your departure.

Please note: there is no smoking inside the condo. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. No refunds if your age is misrepresented, smoking inside or disturb other guests.

Pets are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.

- If you have an emergency call 911!
- No parties, no smoking or vaping, and no pets. If not followed, additional fees applied
- Please do not use bath towels at the beach or pool. Guests are expected to bring or
purchase their own beach towels.
- Please do not use the white hand towels to remove makeup (help us keep our soft
and luxurious towels free of stains!) We provide black makeup towels in every
bathroom for makeup removal.
- ONLY TOILET PAPER should be flushed down the toilet. No wipes, feminine
products etc. (If rule is not followed, guests will be liable for any plumbing bills)
- No glitter of any kind allowed in the condo. Additional fees will be applied if rule is broken

Upon your arrival, you will have 1 parking pass and 7 wristbands, all included in your fees in an envelope on the kitchen counter. Please message me for a second parking pass for a fee of $60, if needed. There is a maximum of two (2) parking passes allowed for each condo. Please keep the parking passes in your vehicle during the duration of your stay, so you do not get ticketed or towed. Wristbands must also be worn at all times. Please leave the wristbands on the kitchen counter upon your departure.

Perfect family condo

The condo was beautiful and contained all you need for a family vacation. We have four kids under the age of 12 and they all enjoyed it! Pools were so great to enjoy after time on the beach. Thank you Amanda and family for sharing your place with us!

Wonderful Get away

My family stayed at Sandy Sunsets for a week in October. Amanda thought of everything to help make our stay comfortable!
She has the kitchen loaded with what you need for preparing basic meals (which helped us save money!). In case of a rainy day; there are games, kids activities, books to read, etc. And for the beach; chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, towels and more. The condo has made getting to the beach was easy, and the pools and hot tubs on sight were great to have access to.
It's a pretty condo, nicely decorated and maintained. But truly its the view that was one of our favorites, the ocean!
I can't say enough good things about it!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

The condo was even better than the pictures! It was fully renovated and beautifully decorated. We had heard comments about other units not being updated. The facilities, pools, etc were well maintained. The air conditioned walk over was really nice and a very short walk to the pool and beach. We absolutely loved having breakfast and coffee on the balcony and drinks in the evening. We could hear the surf! Amanda thought of everything. We used the beach wagon, umbrella, and rolling cooler every day. The beds were very comfortable! Our favorite restaurants were the Oyster House, DeSotos, the Pink Pony, and the best breakfast ever at the Sunliner Diner! We had a blast at the Flora-bama as well and dinner at the FB Yacht Club. We are used to wider beaches; the one by the beachfront pool is narrow and not good for walking, but the sand is pure white and the swimming is good. We also went to the public beach about a 5 minute drive away. Parking was only $5 for 4 hours or free across the street. It was a nice wide beach with sugar sand. I highly recommend Amanda’s unit and the area. It was definitely home away from home!

Worth every penny!!

Everything was very nice, neat and organized. Exceeded our expectations greatly. Great family size condo. Balcony space was big and spacious. The views were amazing. The host provided and thought about every single detail for a family vacation. We will be booking again soon.

TONS of Amenities Included!

Great for families with kids! There were a ton of amenities included that took the stress out of packing and lugging all the "kid gear" for our vacation. Some of these include beach chairs, beach umbrella, lots of kids beach toys, pack 'n play, highchair, umbrella stroller, rolling cooler, beach wagon, xBox, kids books, and of course an amazing coffee bar. Highly recommend
