While a vehicle is recommended to get around to all the sights to see in Gulf Shores, there is a skywalk bridge to safely get you onto the beach where you can walk the shore line to many of Gulf Shores' attractions and restaurants.

Orange Beach is a bike-friendly community with designated bike lanes on many roads. You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace:

● Your door code will not be active prior to 4:00 PM.
● You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
● Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
● Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
● The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:

▸ Bar of soap per bathroom
▸ One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
▸ One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
▸ Make-up removers per bathroom
▸ Single sized dish liquid

● We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
● We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
● Two (2) Parking passes set up in the unit upon arrival. Max two vehicles allowed.
● Six (6) Wristbands are included in the reservation and will be set up in your unit upon arrival. Must be worn at all times when using Crystal Tower amenities.
● Trash Chutes: (1) from elevators to the right and around the corner (2) from the unit to the left and around the corner
● NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
* Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Please verify: Arrival/departure dates Reserved accommodations and Rent amount due.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.
General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.
If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel. *Travel insurance is highly recommended*.

wonderful get away
Great location with super easy beach access and close to everything! The condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy and balcony view was absolutely stunning! This was the perfect place for our last-minute getaway - we will definitely return. Highly recommend!
