LOCATION
Coral Dreams is directly across the street (Beach Blvd) across from the beach!
473 E. 1st Ave, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. This property has deeded beach access 150' from this complex and has convenient access by stoplight just steps away! The home is located in The Cottages of Romeo II, a brand new community of 12 homes. CORAL DREAMS is overlooking the community pool! The home is perfectly situated such that you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, and easily transition your day between lounging at the beach, and relaxing at home. Easy walk to several restaurants, a market, and The Hangout!
INTERIOR
Coral Dreams has a light, airy coastal aesthetic. The large living area boasts several large windows perfect for letting the sunshine in and white washed plank walls. There is an abundance of comfortable seating including a queen size sleeper sectional sofa to sleep two, a comfy side chair and a mounted 65" flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area that seats six.
Four additional people may dine at the spacious kitchen island, complete with bar seating. The open floor plan allows everyone to mingle! The fully equipped kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd need to whip up great meal!
A laundry room with brand new washer dryer, full bathroom and balcony complete the lower level.
The spacious balcony has ample seating making it a perfect spot to sit back and relax, and you are directly overlooking the pool! The patio boasts outdoor speakers, string lighting, a large table with a bench and 2 chairs, ottomans and comfy chairs. It’s the perfect spot for chilling at night, playing games etc.
Upstairs, you’ll find 2 beautiful MASTER bedrooms, with coastal accents -both are serene and inviting with their own private spacious full bathrooms. There are comfortable king sized beds in both masters, extremely comfortable pillow top mattresses, a dresser and a large wall-mounted flat screen 60"TV. Blackout curtains in both rooms!
The navy guest bedroom offers two full sized beds to sleep 4. There is a large dresser, and a wall mounted flat screen 60" TV. This guest room can access a shared bathroom in the hall.
In the hall, there is a large nook, featuring adorable custom build twin bunks with shark pint bedding-suitable for 2 kids up to age 12 ish!!
This spacious home is 1800sq feet, with a nice airy open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and hanging out!
AMENITIES
Guests will have access to the sparkling community pool, deeded beach access, and a secure storage shed with plenty of space to store kayaks, bikes, or other beach toys. Air Conditioning, Outdoor shower, Gas BBQ Grill, Coffee Maker,, Dishwasher, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, TV’s in all rooms; Washer/Dryer • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out! • Maximum of four cars allowed. Parking underneath house. • A beach wagon is provided for your convenience. • Walk to market for groceries, supplies. GULF SHORES:
Gulf Shores is notorious for its sugary-white sand beaches with sparkling blue water, its world-class fishing, and it’s great dining and entertainment. Gulf Shores presents a great family environment with something to do for everyone! Whether you prefer taking a bike ride at The Gulf State Park, watching some live music at The Hangout, or having a Go-Kart race at The Track, you are sure to enjoy all of the great things that Gulf Shores has to offer!
ATTRACTIONS
The area has amusement parks, water parks, go-karts, a family zoo, miniature golf, museums, historical sites and some of the best restaurants along the Gulf coast.
Don't miss the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola - just 30 minutes away and admission is Free!
Looking for adventure? Take a dolphin cruise, go deep sea-fishing or parasailing. Take your family to historic Fort Morgan and ride the ferry to Dauphin Island for a fun day out.
Golfers- there are ten signature golf courses in the local area!
Shoppers - Famous Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley is only a short drive and offers great selection at discount prices.
Be sure to check out the Wharf, just minutes away in Orange Beach - they have live music, events, boutique shops, restaurants - not to mention the highest Ferris wheel in the South. You can also bike to town on the designated biking/walking paths in town.
Of course, you can always create your own downtime - just sink your toes in the beautiful, sugar white sand, listen to the waves and remember why you came to our little corner of paradise.
PET POLICY
While Pets are welcome ($100 pet fee/pet-max of 2) , we do not allow aggressive breeds in the home. We are dog friendly up to 30 lbs (inquire if your dog is larger) with the exception of the following breeds: Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier or Pitbull Mix of any kind, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier or any canine regardless of breed that has ever been aggressive, attacked, biten, or caused bodily injury. This is Alabama insurance law and regulations strictly prohibiting this.

We visited the Gulf Shores, on a family summer vacation complete with kiddos and in laws. After a great time in New Orleans *yum beignets* we ventured on to Gulf Shores for the 1rst time. What can I say? We fell in love with the beautiful sandy white beaches and bought our beach cottages. We loved itheir clean, modern aesthetic, coastal decor and proximity to the beach. This house was STUNNING! The beach is right across the street, about 2 minute walk. The pool was clean & convenient so we spent most of our time there. The house was incredibly spacious and easily slept all 8 of us! And most importantly, I was able to bring my dog with no worries. Truly the best Airbnb experience I’ve had.

STAY HERE! We had an absolute blast for my little ...
STAY HERE! We had an absolute blast for my little sister’s bachelorette party. There was 9 of us, and we had plenty of room to sit all together and never felt on top of each other the entire weekend. The bathrooms are SO spacious, and even with so many of us, there was room to spread out between all the bathrooms! It was super easy to walk over to the beach, and only took about 5 minutes to walk over if not less.
Overall it was perfect! I would stay again!
