Family friendly 36 unit building with pool, on the beach and located in the heart of Gulf Shores AL. Park your car and walk to The Hangout; Pink Pony, Sea-N-Suds, Gulf State Park fishing pier and so many more places. 3 bedroom (king/king/queen) and 2 bathroom with 3 queen sofa sleepers. Balcony access from living room, full sized washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen.

Additional Property Information
Parking pass $40+tax each, maximum limit 2 cars. Parking lot is small, inquire about additional parking if needed.
Photo ID required for booking: Primary guest/renter must be 25 years of age or older and also staying at Castaways 8D. If those guests staying with the primary guest/renter in Castaways 8D are not family, then photo ID of all guests must be provided upon booking and they must be 25 years of age or older.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement and no later than 48 hours of booking
Security Deposit of $500 Required, deposit will be processed on guest's credit card
Minimum age to rent is 25
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. NO carts/wagons/racks allowed inside the unit. NO grilling/fires in the unit or on the balcony. - These will result in fines ranging from $500-$1,000 and/or evictions.
NO refunds will be given
Eviction: Guests may be asked to immediately vacate premises, without refunds or compensation in the event of loud noise, reservations made under false pretense and not abiding by minimum age requirement, pet policy or any other illegal activities and/or broken house rules.
Grilling: BBQ charcoal grill is located on the ground level at the northeast (front) side of the building . No grilling in the unit or on the balcony
Non-smoking: You will be responsible for the costs involved if there is evidence of smoking/vaping. A minimum $500 will be charged for the extra cleaning/repair of the property. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
Parking: Castaways HOA strictly enforces parking. There is a maximum two-car limit and it's on a first come/first serve basis. No boats, trailers, jet skis, campers and/or motor homes. Parking passes must be purchased and on the vehicles

Castaways HOA rules and Gulf Shores public beaches do not allow pets. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found during your stay or upon departure, you will be charged $1,000 per pet to the credit card on file. You will also be responsible for additional cleaning, repair and/or replacement of all damaged items in addition to the $1,000 pet penalty fee.
