Min. age to rent is 25 - strictly enforced. No pets or smoking. Full Refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days prior to arrival. Guests must abide by complex and owner rules and policies. Driver's license must be received within 48 hours of booking. No illegal behaviors will be tolerated. Damage deposit will be used to repair or replace items, owner must be contacted upon guest arrival if there is damage to the unit, or if unit needs attention.

Owner can be reached 24/7 via text message, or during business hours via email/phone if needed for guest assistance. For emergencies please call 911. Every attempt will be made to ensure guest satisfaction within reason. PLEASE make sure to properly display your parking tag, the cost is $250 if your vehicle is towed.

Full refund if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund if cancelled 15-30 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival, guests may apply rent amount less a $100 admin fee to future stay at this property. Cleaning and parking fees are non refundable.

About Jennifer Walker

We both are former Teachers /High School Coaches from the Central Alabama area. My career as a Real Estate Broker in AL created opportunities for us to buy and renovate properties, purchase residential rental property, and eventually led us to purchase our first beachfront vacation rental in Gulf Shores in 2015. Since then we have added a cabin in the Smoky Mountains, and an additional property in GS, with more to come. I've been managing residential, commercial, and vacation properties for over 20 years, and love to meet new people from across the country and help them have the best vacation ever! When we aren't at the beach, we enjoy traveling (especially trying new Caribbean destinations), spending time on our boat at Lake Guntersville, cruising backroads on our Harley, and enjoying time at home with our 3 dogs and our families.
