We have now upgraded our Sheets in all four of our condos to a min of a 650 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets and luxury towels. All of our condos are A+ Rated by the Better Business Bureau. Recently added new kitchen cabinets, Converted the second bedroom to a king with new everything, tile Back splash and granite, bathroom vanities with granite counter tops, big screen TV/dvd, new gulf front windows.Boardwalk 886 is a nicely decorated 2 bedroom unit with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico which can be seen from seen from the living area, master bedroom and of course the deck. Walk to the new Gulf Shores Pier for sight seeing or fishing and going west we are just 4 short blocks from the Hang Out, the Pink Pony and many more restaurants and shops. Don't forget to check the NAS schedule for the Blue Angel practice times. The view from the master bedroom is fantastic because of the slanted deck, You wake up and it's there, Have coffee watching and hearing the Gulf and the Dolphins . Did I mention the view. That is why we bought the unit and that's why you will enjoy your stay I'm sure. Great week
We enjoyed our week @ Boardwalk in Gulf Shores. The weather could have cooperated a bit better, but really can’t complain because the weather can be changeable in late February.

Ocean front condo
The condo was perfect for our family. My 91 year old Mom enjoyed her own bed and bath. My husband and I had our bed and bath. Being all older we loved the balcony to watch the ever-changing ocean. It was very relaxing for all of us.

Gulf Shores ocean front was beautiful!
everything we needed at our fingertips! Wake up to ocean, go to sleep to ocean. Its what we do on vacation. Beds were very comfortable. Bonus having a waher and dryer in the unit. View from the 8th floor was very nice. Dolphins almost every day between 830-9 were fun to watch. We appreciated the little details in the condo making our stay more comfortable. Owners were very nice and addressed any questions right away. Only problem was only one elevator was running. It made for longs waits coming and going. Someone said it had been out for two months! Not cool!

Wonderful location & view!
We had a great time staying at Larry’s place. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is great (note whoever complained about the high porch chairs makes me laugh, they’re high so you can see over the railing and have a perfect view!), the kitchen has newer gadgets and great cookware! The washer/dryer are also updated. The location is the best, you can walk so many places. Overall we loved our stay. My only heads up is that the WiFi is for the whole building, so if you are planning to work, it’s not secure and not strong.

Boardwalk 886
We had a great time at this condo in Gulf Shores. Overall, it met our needs for the week. The location to other attractions along the beach was convenient.
A few constructive critiques:
Living room furniture could use some updating.
I would suggest some regular height table and chairs for the balcony.
I would suggest some updates to the cookware.
We had a great time here and would definitely return.

Cute, convenient, & comfortable beds
We had a great vacation in this rental. Right on the beach, restaurant in front on the beach if you don’t feel like venturing out, clean unit, & comfortable beds. Plenty of linens & cooking utensils available, which was nice as well.

Amazing
Our condo experience was just wonderful at 886 Boardwalk . Bed was comfy and loved waking up to the beautiful view from the room looking at the ocean being able to walk out on the baloncy and watch the waves. The tide was high when we were there which was fun to jump the waves.
The Kitchen was fully equipped and the owner provided starter coffee and bathroom nesscisties to get you started. They had a resteraunt right there on site Sea N Suds. I recommend the Fish sandwich white and flakey.
Walking distance to shopping stores, and a real awesome place called the Hangout. That was a awesome place to take the family to eat or just go for drinks.
Condo was relaxing , clean and a home away from home. I was able to do all my laundry before we went home. Thank You so much Larry and Jan for letting my family stay. We loved it!!!! ♡ Lindsey Family Evansville IN
