● Amenity WRISTBANDS are required for the exclusive use of Clubhouse amenities.
● Exclusive access to: indoor heated pool, hot tub, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse.
● Challenge your self at the Tennis courts on a friendly match.
● The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
● The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).

From I-10, take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express, in 12.7 mi turn left onto Foley Beach Express, in 9.5 mi turn right onto Coastal Gateway Blvd, in 1.7 mi turn left onto AL-59 S/ Gulf Shores Pkwy, in 4.3 miles turn right on Fort Morgan Rd/ AL-180, in 11.8 mi turn left onto Beach Club Trail.


GETTING AROUND:

The Beach Club Resort & Spa is a sprawling property with a variety of amenities spread throughout the 86-acre resort. Here's how you can get around the resort.

⭐ Walking
The resort is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with walking paths connecting all the different buildings, pools, restaurants, and the beach.
● Get some fresh air and exercise while jogging or strolling down our scenic walking trail.
● Take care and watch for wildlife as you tour the flower-lined walking trail.
● Explore the area or stop for a quiet chat in one of the tucked away resting spots.
● This beautiful trail is approximately 150 yards long and winds through our quaint cottages.
● Location: To the left of the Cottages found in the center of the property. Look for “K – Resort Path & Gardens”
● Access is complimentary for all guests.

⭐ Biking:
Gulf Shores is a bike-friendly community with designated bike lanes on many roads. You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace.
● Beach Bike Rentals: Mon - Sun: 9am-5pm
● Pedego Electric Bikes Orange Beach: Tues - Sat: 9am-5pm
● Infinity Bicycles: M-F: 10am-6pm | Sat: 10am-4pm | Sun: 12pm-4pm

Having a car will give you the most flexibility to get around Gulf Shores.
● Guardian Rent A Car: M-F: 8am - 5pm | Sat: 9am - 12pm | Sun: Closed

⭐ Taxi/Ridesharing:
● Coast Cab: operates in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Perdido Key, Pensacola Airport
● Uber and Lyft ride-sharing app/services are also available in Gulf Shores. This can be a great option if you need to get somewhere quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of parking.
● Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.

❗ Rental golf carts (any brought in temporarily by an outside vendor) are not allowed at The Beach Club. This applies to owners, owner guests, and rental guests. Security will NOT allow any company to enter the property with a rental golf cart.
❗ Rental guests are banned from driving golf carts onsite.

● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
▸ Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
▸ According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
▸ "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
● Trash Chutes are located on each level on both ends by the stairwell.
● Golf Carts are not allowed at the Beach Club
● Parking pass will be issued at the security gate upon arrival (Security is available 24 hours)
▸ Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle per stay. Extended Stay Fee: Flat rate of $40.00 per vehicle per 28-night stay
▸ Parking pass must be displayed on the driver's side front windshield area.
▸ Two (2) parking pass included in your reservation.
▸ If you need additional passes, please purchase prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.
▸ Visitor Fee (Day Fee): $7.00 per vehicle per day
▸ You may park anywhere in the lot, with the exception of the green reserved owner spots
▸ No RV's, trailer parking on-site.
▸ Rates Subject to change without Prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
● A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

General Cancellations:

● If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
● If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
● No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.

Special Circumstance Cancellations:

● In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
● A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation. 

● If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.

*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*

● We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel. *Travel insurance is highly recommended*.

Quiet cozy cottage

Had the pleasure of spending a long weekend with friends at this beautiful cottage. Home is very spacious, clean and very homey. Our bedroom was very spacious with its own private bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen is a chef's dream with all modern appliances and plenty of room to gather. The grounds are immaculate with very quiet surroundings. No need to get in your car to go anywhere, you can just walk to the pool and the beach. We appreciated the security of the complex. Would definitely return.

Cottage 23 - The Place to Be

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Cottage 23. The house was perfect for 3 couples since each bedroom was private and had its own private bathroom. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was a short easy walk to the beach, pools, clubhouse, and restaurants. I really enjoyed the cottage's multiple porches and the lighted walking path behind the house complete with bridges, swings, and a fountain. We can't wait to make another trip to Cottage 23.

Peaceful Getaway

We had such a wonderful peaceful time at this beautiful cottage. I have stayed at the beach club in the past and find this property to be family oriented and very safe. The cottage was lovely and very comfortable. All furniture and accessories were up to date. Very clean. Close enough to gulf shores and orange beach for lots of things to do. But it was nice to come back to a quiet area. We love Fort Morgan area and will definitely be renting this beautiful cottage again. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect place to get away!

This was a perfect place to relax and get away! Along with all of the amenities, this cottage was professionally decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen is furnished with everything you may need and the breakfast area allows for a large number of people to gather for breakfast. I enjoyed walking down the lighted pathways at night. The bridge, fountain and a group of swings are only steps away. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay, look no further!

Amazing Home!

Wow, what a wonderful find! We really enjoyed our stay at the #23 Beach Club Cottage. It was very clean and loaded with everything we might need for a fun vacation. The kitchen was amazing! The beds were so comfortable and all of our guests had their own bathroom~really great!n Everything was high end which you feel right when you walk in the door. The backyard was so nice for our family and the lake next to the house was a great place to check out the turtles and small alligator! Also there was a lighted path through beautiful landscaping behind the house which we used for a walk every night after dinner. Can't say enough nice things about our stay and the beautiful home, we will be back for sure :)

Wonderful retreat ❤

We had so much fun and it was totally relaxing, It is such a beautiful home with all the amenities that makes it the perfect place for a vacation that you won't forget! The house has everything that you will need while you are there. The landscaping around the area is beautiful and enjoyable to walk each night and our kids loved to go to the bridge and see all the turtles ????
Can't wait to go again to our happy place!!
