Bristol unit 1107 is a luxurious 11th floor unit at the Beach Club Resort & Spa. This newly updated unit features a gorgeous, fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with a custom backsplash and quartz countertops. The living area features ample seating, large flat-screen tv, and a breathtaking Gulf view! The primary bedroom has a comfy king bed, flat-screen tv, balcony access, beach view, and private ensuite with a custom walk-in shower. One of the guest rooms is perfect for kids, offering a twin over full bunk, flat-screen tv, and a selection of children's books and toys. The second guest room has a queen bed and a private ensuite with a custom shower/tub combo. This unit is full of character and charm!!

The Beach Club is a full-service resort unlike any other on the Gulf Coast. The Beach Club has won Trip Adviser awards three years in a row and was Awarded Top Travel in "Top 10" Family Vacation Critic. It is located on 86 acres in Fort Morgan and has all the luxuries you and your family need for your vacation. Including, but not limited to, fine dining, on-site full-service spa, sports bar and restaurant, arcade, indoor pool, large fitness room, clubhouse, kids activities at the club, poolside cabana grill, and ice cream parlor. The beach services include kayaking, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and much more... This condo and property will definitely not disappoint!

Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

The Beach Club Resort & Spa requires the use of an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities, which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, The Coast Restaurant, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are optional and if desired may be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.

Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023

Cancellation Policy
*A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

General Cancellations:

If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.

Special Circumstance Cancellations:

In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation. 

If canceled due to COVID-19, we will offer a full refund, less the cancellation fee, if the beaches close or state travel restrictions prohibit the stay.
*If the beaches are open and no travel restrictions are in place, the general Cancellation policy will apply.*

We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel.  *Travel insurance is highly recommended*.

Gorgeous Condo!

We just got back from a fabulous stay at Beach Club B1107. This condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and was perfect for our stay! It has pretty much everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked, even had seasonings to cook with (and this cajun girl doesn't leave home without them). That was a pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend booking it! I know if I'm ever in the Fort Morgan area again, I sure will!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. As soon as we walked in we felt at home with the inviting and clean atmosphere. The beach decor was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked and the towels and linens were wonderful. We look forward to coming back.

You Can’t Go Wrong With This Condo!

My husband and I stayed in B1107 for two weeks during January in this beautifully decorated, fully appointed condo. It is truly as lovely as the pictures indicate and we simply couldn’t get enough of the 11th floor balcony view. The master bedroom bed was firm and very comfortable. The master bath was very specious and included a beautiful walk-in shower, double sink, white quartz countertop and a small walk in closet with plenty of hangers, clothes basket, sweeper, electric fan, and ironing board. I didn’t look for an iron because it wasn’t needed so I don’t know if one is provided.

The kitchen is fully appointed with plenty of dinner wear, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, cutting boards, serving platters, lots of Pyrex type of bakeware, pizza pans, and lots of serving snd food prep utensils. Small appliances included both a Keurig and Mr.Coffee, large Crock Pot, blender, toaster and probably more that I can’t recall. The owner thought things out very well when outfitting the kitchen. The TVs are all new but we weren’t familiar enough with how to use Apple TV so we just logged into our HuluLive accounts and were good to go. After booking the condo we received very thorough information from the condo manager which was nice. We didn’t have to wonder too much about anything. The manager shouldn’t have any trouble keeping this unit full due so grab it if you can. We were the first people to stay in this newly refurbished unit. We wanted ti rent it for next winter but it was already spoken for!

Beach Club is a lovely resort with a beautiful beach and plenty of activities to be involved in. We liked it so much we rented a unit for a couple months next year and can’t wait!
