The Doral Building sits on the end of the 4 multi-building complex that makes up The Beach Club. There is nothing but sand, dunes, and perhaps the Alabama Beach Mouse to the right of us. Wake up each morning to a beautiful direct view of the sea on the white sugary sands of Fort Morgan.
Unit D 306 is on the third floor of the building-enough to get a fantastic broad view of the beach and pool. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has been recently updated with new tile in the bedrooms and fresh "beachy" and soothing paint throughout. New furniture in the Living room to watch your 52" HDTV with cable and Roku streaming availability. But you won't want to be in for long. Not when there are so many amenities to take advantage of.
The Primary bedroom has a new king bed with a new mattress and bedding. There are 2 separate vanity areas with a huge walk-in closet. The TV has cable access as well as Roku streaming for Netflix and other streaming services. The fan/light has a remote control.
The second guest room has a new queen bed with a new mattress and bedding as well as a TV with cable and Roku streaming capability. The fan/light has a remote control.
The third guest room has two new twin beds, new mattresses, and bedding. TV has Roku streaming access. The fan/light has a remote control. The second Full bathroom is next to the Queen bedroom and houses the First Aid Kit in the vanity. A half bath is down the hall/ across from the 3rd twin bedroom.
The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the granite kitchen island. There are tons of utensils and cookware, a 4 slice bagel/toaster, coffee maker, beaters, processor, blender. The pantry offers lots of space as well as housing a washer and dryer.
In addition to the tranquil surroundings, you will also have the use of free WIFI, plenty of books to read if you didn't bring your own, and games to play with the children when they've had too much sun or just need some quiet time. Use the owners' beach chairs and boogie boards located in the twin bedroom closet.
The Beach Club Luxury Resort offers a variety of dining options and amenities for those who wish to have little more-dining options with The Coast Restaurant and Sushi Bar, The Village Hide Away, and the various Food Trucks; Relax at the Spa; Work out at the Gym, and partake of the Clubhouse entertainment offering for children and adults alike. The owner is a member of the Club House which allows their guests to take advantage of the offerings for an optional daily fee.
Important Things To Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
The Beach Club Resort & Spa requires the use of an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities, which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are optional and if desired may be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.

Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the Bristol pool & hot tub, the spa, beach access, hiking trails, activities courts (basketball, tennis, shuffleboard..etc), grills, picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery, and the food trucks at The Village Lawn or The Coast Restaurant .
Starting JUNE 1st
Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023

We love the Beach Club! This was out first stay in this unit.It had extras like beach chairs and a wagon. It was very clean and comfortable. We will rent again for sure.
