Description

The Doral Building sits on the end of the 4 multi-building complex that makes up The Beach Club. There is nothing but sand, dunes and perhaps the Alabama Beach Mouse to the right of us. Wake up each morning to a beautiful direct view of the sea on the white sugary sands of Fort Morgan. Unit D 306 is on the third floor of the building-enough to get a fantastic broad view of the beach and pool but short enough to take the stairs when you want some exercise. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit has been recently updated with new tile in the bedrooms and fresh "beachy" yet soothing paint throughout. The Living Room has all new furniture and 52" HDTV but, you won't want to be in for long, especially when there are so many amenities of which to take advantage. The Master bedroom has a new king bed with a new mattress and it leads to the separate vanity and huge walk-in closet adjoining the full bath. The second guest room has a queen bed with a new mattress, and the third guest room has two twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom plus a half bath as you come in. All bedrooms have tvs and fans/lights with remote control. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the granite kitchen island. There are tons of utensils and cookware, a 4 slice bagel/toaster, coffee maker, and mixer. The pantry offers lots of space to keep your goodies as well as housing a washer and dryer. In addition to the tranquil surroundings, you will also have the use of free WIFI, plenty of books to read if you didn't bring your own, and numerous games to play with the children when they've had too much sun or just need some quiet time. Use the owners' beach chairs and boogie boards located in the closet on the oversized balcony. The Beach Club Luxury Resort offers a variety of dining options and amenities including The Coast Restaurant and Sushi Bar, The Village Hide Away Restaurant, and various Food Trucks; Spa; Gym; Clubhouse entertainment for children and adults alike. The condo owner is a member of the Club House which allows the Owners’ guests to take advantage of the Club House amenities for an optional daily fee. Send an email or call to book this beach condo.

Additional Property Information

The Beach Club Resort & Spa does require an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
*The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).

Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the Doral building outdoor pool and hot tub, beach access, hiking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), playground, grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn, and the spa.

*A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.

General Cancellations:

If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.

Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.

Great view, beautiful condo and clean

We love the Beach Club! This was out first stay in this unit.It had extras like beach chairs and a wagon. It was very clean and comfortable. We will rent again for sure.
