Absolutely stunning ground floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo at the Beach Club Resort & Spa. This unit possesses a contemporary rustic charm that is unmatched. This ground floor unit is with-in mere footsteps to the sugar-white sands on Fort Morgan Beach. The primary bedroom hosts a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room offers a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The patio has a direct view of the beach allowing for perfect views of the breathtaking sunsets that Fort Morgan Beach is known for. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking an amazing meal, or grab take-out from one of the restaurants on-site and grub at the dining table set for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Enjoy morning coffee or late night cocktails at the patio table as you take in the sound of the waves.
The Beach Club is located on 86 acres on Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores. This family-friendly resort has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. With luxuries like fine dining, on-site full-service spa, sports bar, kids activities, and beach services including kayaking, parasailing, jet ski rentals and so much more... this property will definitely not disappoint!

Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

The Beach Club Resort & Spa does require an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.

Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the Bristol building outdoor pool and hot tub, beach access, hiking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn, and the spa.

Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023

If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.

Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $50.00 administrative cancellation fee.

If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival a full refund will be processed minus the $50.00 fee. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons; however, a prorated amount will be refunded in the event of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricanes and/or weather. In the event that a booking is canceled prior to check-in due to a mandatory weather evacuation, a full refund will be given.

My all time favorite condo!

We LOVED staying here. We were able to come and go so easily. It was easy to pack and unpack the car. The condo was SO comfortable. (Couch, beds, kitchen.) and CLEAN! The kids could play in the grass. They had extras like chairs and beach toys. We just can't say enough about this condo. I will rent it every year!

Very nice and clean condo. Very convenient since it is on the ground floor, but you still have the ocean view! Condo was very well equipped. The Beach Club grounds and amenities are very nice and well kept. Angela takes care of everything booking related and responds really quick. We definitely recommend her booking services as well as the condo and Beach Club.

Great condo

We have stayed in this condo twice this year. The condo has a great beach view for being a ground floor unit. The condo is always clean, has everything you need for a great stay. I love working with Angela. She’s always so nice and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Everything we would have expected.

We have visited The Beach Club often over the years. This was our 1st time living on the ground floor. Our view of the beach was just as awesome as the views from balconies above in the past. Accommodations were fantastic once again with no disappointments. Angela provided for us everything we expected with no surprises. I would highly recommend her services to all of our friends and relatives. She treated us like family.

Beautiful Updated Condo

Nicely updated and clean condo with all the comforts of home. Ground level is nice for families with kids. Pool and boardwalk just steps from your patio. Patio closet had beach wagon, several beach chairs, and sand toys.
