It features 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus an additional half bath! This condo will sleep up to 13 guests! The primary bedroom features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and balcony access. The first guest room houses a queen bed and private bathroom, The second guest room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, plus an additional twin trundle, equaling five total twin beds and a private bathroom, The third and final guest room has a full size bed and private bathroom. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookware and utensils to create your culinary masterpieces, or dine on local take-out at the dining table. The ample space and seating in the living area make entertaining your guests extremely easy, plus there is an additional queen size pull-out bed in the living room sectional. The massive balcony provides endless views of Fort Morgan Beach and the Gulf. This unit and resort would be perfect for the whole family to take a much needed beach vacation! The Beach Club is a full-service resort unlike any other on the Gulf Coast. It is located on 86 acres in Fort Morgan and has all the luxuries you and your family need for your vacation. Including, but not limited to, fine dining, on-site full-service spa, sports bar and restaurant, arcade, indoor pool, large fitness room, clubhouse, kids activities at the club, poolside cabana grill, and ice cream parlor. The beach services include kayaking, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and much more... This condo and property will definitely not disappoint!

Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).



Resort Amenities: * The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival. *The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).
Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities: The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access. (You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs). You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks. Other activities that do not require wrist bands: Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).

Vehicle Parking:
Parking passes are required and will be issued upon arrival at security. Parking passes cost $40.00 per vehicle and two (2) parking passes have been paid with your reservation. If you need additional passes please let us know in advance. They must be purchased prior to arrival through Beach Life Vacation Rentals.
