This condo has new owners that have put in a lot of hard work to make C1001 a home away from home! This condo is located on the 10th floor of the Catalina tower at The Beach Club Resort and Spa and has breathtaking views of the beautiful Gulf. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath with a king in the master and a Queen bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guestroom. The Primary bedroom has balcony access, a vanity area, and private bathroom. The Queen guest room has a private balcony that overlooks the grounds, and private bathroom. The Twin guestroom has its own bathroom too! Plenty of space for entertaining guest in C1001 in the unit and on the Wrap-Around Balcony! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookware and utensils to create your culinary masterpiece, or dine on local take-out. There is new furniture all throughout!

The Beach Club Resort & Spa is located in Gulf Shores Alabama on Fort Morgan Road and is above the rest. This 85-acre resort is away from the crowds but still just a few minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and all the action. This fabulous resort has everything you need; once you arrive, you never have to leave!

The Beach Club includes top-of-the-line amenities, such as fine dining, full-service spa, beach activities, sports bar, tennis courts, arcade, indoor pool, 5 outdoor pools, 5 hot tubs, steam room, sauna, beachfront poolside bar and grill, basketball court, volleyball, children's playground, walking and biking trails, ice cream parlor, gift shop and so many more!

This is the only full-service resort in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach that has this many amenities. This lovely condo has everything you need for your family vacation including free wi-fi, a fully stocked kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and a private full bath in both bedrooms!

This condo and resort is truly a must-see, it will definitely not disappoint!

Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).

The Beach Club Resort & Spa does require an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.

Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023
