Perfectly located between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach with beach access via public boardwalk (10th St access).
Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in lot - 1 assigned spot for each unit plus 7 additional first come first serve spots.

Great place, would highly recommend.
It was very clean when we arrived and it’s very close to the water and the main drag. There is a small grocery/convenience store that we used a couple of times that takes 5 minutes to walk to. There’s also a path at the end of the parking lot that takes you straight to the beach front. With two toddlers and a ton of beach gear it still only took us maybe 7 minutes to walk to the beach. Brooke and Brian were quick to respond when we had questions during our stay, that was greatly appreciated. Great place with great hosts, we would stay here again.

Great location!
This place was great! Super close walk to the beach, and close to many great restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and just enough space! Definitely would stay here again!

Nothing is perfect but this place and Brian and Brook the host are about the next thing to being perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable close to the beach walking distance. Will be back.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!!!
The touches of home and all the amnesties Brooke & Brian provided were amazing and so appreciated! If you are looking for a family friendly fun and convenient stay near the beach…you will love this spacious beautifully decorated space. We will definitely be revisiting the next time we come to Gulf Shores!

Thank you for a great stay! The property is just as described and very warm and inviting. The location is just as described and a short walk to the beach. Easy check in and check out process. They made sure we had everything we needed and some for our stay at the beach. Will definitely be coming back!
