•Top 8th floor Studio is a perfect size for a couple. This condo is around 500 sf open concept, bedroom area/tv area/kitchen area combined.
•There is an apartment size stove and a table for two with counter height chairs. There is a Keurig Coffee Maker with 4 starter pods.
•The living area has a 40 inch Smart TV, you can sign on with your Netflix account, there are cable channels also.
•The private balcony for two has a never ending view of the Gulf Of Mexico.
•There is a queen size bed and a new queen size sleeper sofa bed.
•There is a wonderful onsite Island Grill on the Ground floor, take the elevator to the ground floor. and enjoy fresh seafood.
•You will have access to the indoor heated pool and the gym/saunas and indoor/outdoor jacuzzi's.
•Six outdoor pools, there is also a kiddie pool. Tennis, horseshoes, basketball courts and shuffleboard!
•You can take the boardwalk to the beach, which is adjacent to the pool and have fun in the sun or watch the amazing sunset!
•Seasonal Jet skis, banana boats, and parasailing right in front of the condo!
•Kiva Dunes also has a nice restaurant that overlooks the golf course.
•There is a wonderful day Spa 1.5 miles away if you would like to be pampered! Hopeless romantics welcome!

You will purchase a parking pass and give it along with your registration to the guard house before parking. You will have a parking spot in front of the building. The beach chair service is located in front of the condo on the beach. You do have the option of bring your won beach chairs and umbrellas.

Easy, Peaceful and Relaxing!
We had such a relaxing vacation in Gulf Shores! With an amazing view of the ocean from our condo too. It sure gave us that easy, peaceful feeling! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was easy to access. Jayne was also easy to get a hold of when we needed her! Thanks for a wonderful stay! This condo was perfect for the two of us. So glad we came!

We had an awesome time! This condo was very neat and clean and has a fantastic view. Our host (Jayne) is amazing, she was always so helpful if we had any questions and responded back to me very promptly. Our communications with her made our stay even better. We will definitely stay with her again!!

The Dunes 2019
The condo was perfect. The view of the Gulf was phenomenal. The breakfast at Sassy Bass Grill was very good. Janey our host was outstanding. She made us feel like family! Will definitely return for another visit.
