Our top floor studio condo in the Gulf Shore Plantation Dunes has a wonderful beach view and is steps from a large outdoor pool and outdoor amenities. It is non-smoking. The studio is equipped with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. A large screen TV will vie for your attention with the lovely beach view from the balcony. Linens and towels are supplied but you should bring your own beach towels! In addition to cookware, dishes, and utensils, the kitchen has a microwave, blender, toaster, crockpot, and coffee maker. The Dunes is in a gated resort community. It offers a fitness/exercise center, sauna, indoor pool, steam room, two hot tubs, game room, restaurant, coin-operated laundry facilities, and a library complete with a variety of books and games. Outside are additional pools, tennis courts, horse shoes, and a golf course! We look forward to making this vacation your best yet. See you at the beach!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 30 day (1 month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Parking Passes handled On-Site by Association - Charges may apply. Must be 25 to rent No Smoking. Sorry, No Pets

Away from the hustle of downtown Gulf Shores, the Gulf Plantation resort has a peaceful fun family atmosphere.
Our studio condo (Sunsuite) in the Gulf Shore Plantation's Dunes Building has a wonderful beach view and is steps from a large outdoor pool and outdoor amenities. Our little slice of heaven is non-smoking and newly updated.
The studio is equipped with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. A large screen TV and DVD player will vie for your attention with the lovely beach view from the balcony. Linens and towels are supplied but you should bring your own beach towels! In addition to cookware, dishes, and utensils, the kitchen has a microwave, blender, toaster, crockpot, and coffee maker.

We are Atlanta residents who love the beach and all it has to offer! Empty nesters, we are just getting back into our own lives. Ann likes to read, walk, and hang out with friends. She has recently taken up learning to play bridge and improv. Joel is happy in the garage building and fixing. He always has a project going. He also likes working on his car and occasionally racing it.

Good for a small group
Good for a small group. Elevator kept on breaking down so the facilities were outdated but everything was fine!

Wonderful experience
Wonderful first Air B &B experience. This was the perfect spot for 2. Such wonderful views. Their tips for packing were so helpful to know what to expect upon arrival. Ann and Joel were very quick to answer any questions and made many wonderful suggestions on activities and dining! Will definitely return if we get the chance!

Great Labor Day Weekend Trip
Everything was perfect with this rental from booking to checkout! The owners were always helpful & courteous. The property was clean & just as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this less crowded spot in Gulf Shores. The on-site restaurant was a nice plus too!

Gulf Shores
The condo was lovely & quaint. (A little smaller than I realized, [as it.is a studio] but that's on me) The beach access was nice & the beach was great. The hosts were attentive before our arrival. We had mostly everything we needed (with the exception of a few things, like toilet paper & coffee) The closeness to all the luxuries of town (eating establishments, etc) was a little farther than I realized. (Again, on me...lack of research of the whole area) Overall, it was a very good stay.
