While there is no on site boat parking allowed, we do have an offsite open storage for boats, RV, trailers, etc., with fish cleaning station, boat washing available.

The person whose name is on the rental agreement must be occupying the condo. No subleasing.
Minimum Age to rent is 23.
50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
The cancellation fee is a minimum of $50.00 regardless of the time period and will be deducted from the refund.

Relaxing
This condo was beautiful and so clean! It was an excellent location close to the elevator and had beautiful views! The property owners were amazing! The communication and kindness was top notch! I would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and had enough space for everyone. The 2 bunk beds were perfect for the 3 teenage girls and they all had their own space. We had a great time playing games and watching movies at night in the lovely living room. I would for sure stay here again with my family. It was a wonderful and fun trip!

Perfect Stay!
We have been to the beach every year and we have always had “ok” accommodations. We were ecstatic to find this place and have somewhere that we can continue to vacation to. The room was freshly renovated and everything worked well! (Cool A/C during the summer ????). The property manager was easy to communicate with and would check in periodically to ensure everything was to our liking. Bonus: We forgot some of our clothing items in the dryer and they made sure the items were returned to us. Great vacation experience!

Family Vacation
Great views and plenty of room for our family. We loved this unit being located right on the beach, so we didn’t have to worry about crossing the road. It was nice having several pool choices. Sassy Bass restaurant was super convenient. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
