Our simple and convenient check in process will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A 4 digit code will be provided to you ahead of your stay and on the day of check-in, anytime after 4pm, the code will unlock the front door and you are officially 'checked in'. The simplicity means your check in window is as flexible as you need it to be. Arriving right at 4pm? No problem! Arriving at 10pm? No problem! Anytime after 4pm the code will work and you can access the house. You will not need to greet anyone or stop at a location to pick up a key.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has its own private entrance and bathroom with a king size bed. The high definition TV is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials).
Second Bedroom:
The bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed. The high definition TV is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway.
Third Bedroom:
The bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed. The high definition TV is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway.
Fourth Bedroom:
The fourth bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a queen over queen bunk bed, and Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway.
Living Room:
The living room has a queen size pullout couch. In the living room there is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials).
Kitchen/Dining:
The very open dining room has seating for all the guests including a high chair for any little ones. The kitchen includes all the amenities to make your stay feel like home. The kitchen also has BBQ utensils for use with the grill.
Deck:
The deck has seating to relax and unwind while listening to the sounds of the ocean.
THE RED TAPE:
-While we approve of guest of all ages, an adult 25+ must make the reservation and be staying in the house.
-Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.
-This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
-Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. Unfortunately one of the owners children has an allergy so there are no exceptions to the pet rule.
-Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Purchasing vacation protection insurance is recommended.
-No late check-out or early check-in without prior written approval.

Policies
-Smoking is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted
-We do NOT offer late check out. We need all the time we can get to clean the home for the next guest.
-People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
-Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. No more than 14 persons (including infants) are allowed in the home at any time.
-14 bath towels per booking regardless of the duration. There is a washer/dryer and detergent if you need to refresh your towels.
-Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
-Tents or other structures may not be erected.
-All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
-The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the home including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.
-Only use appliances for their intended uses.
-Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and a neighbor, any human, or any other being, living or non-living, the homeowners are not liable. DO NOT BRING A PET.
-Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking in the neighbor’s driveway or on the street is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Campers ARE NOT ALLOWED to be parked at the home.
-Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
-Check Out is at 10am. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest.
-Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
-Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator.
-Remove the sheets from all beds and place sheets and towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms, and leave the comforters and pillows in the bedrooms.
-If you do choose to wash our towels in the washing machine for use during your stay, please only wash them with other white materials.
-Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.
-Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle, located outside downstairs. Please do not stuff the garbage can so full that it’s impossible to remove the bags.
-Absolutely No Grease in the Kitchen Sink
-Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.]
-Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were you own.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb, Flipkey, Homeaway, or VRBO assigns your consent to everything listed under “House Rules”
