This beautiful high-end home is located in the highly sought-after private Martinique on the Gulf community in the Ft Morgan district. On the first floor:
The Smart TV entertainment center serves as the centerpiece to an open concept living room. The adjoining kitchen offers a pantry, high-end quartz countertops, Café appliances, ice maker, liquor cabinet and an island breakfast bar that seats 4. Full size washer and dryer located on this level.
The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, large walk in closet, TV and a door to the outside. It's en suite bathroom includes an oversized tub and 2 sinks.
The 2nd bedroom on this floor also boasts a king bed and full bathroom with a pocket door at hallway entrance to make room a 2nd master.
On the second floor:
Featured are the 3rd bedroom (queen) and 4th bedroom with 2 full beds- both with smart TVs. The 3rd bathroom is located on this level in addition to a sitting area with full pullout sleeper sofa.
On the third floor:
This home also has a third floor crow's nest with 365 degree rooftop views and a glimpse of the Gulf. There are 2 twins beds in this 5th bedroom along with a Smart TV.
The furnished porches, including a screened porch, make for great places to relax during the day or in the evening. You’ll enjoy the convenience of an outdoor propane grill, a covered front porch, and long driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. 2 parking passes are included in rental fees. 2 additional passes may be purchased as parking is strictly enforced. Cornhole boards and ring game for fun and games!

Golf Cart Makes Easy!
Very close to the beach and 2 pools. the included gold cart makes the trips very quick and easy! Great Stay!!

Pools and beach great
10 of us. Granny and grandpa ,daughter, son in law, 4 grand daughters and a grandson and a boy friend. Plenty of room the pools and beach access were great. Home is awesome.

Remarkable Home
This home is remarkable! Perfectly located in a gated beach community just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. A plethora of amenities such as a six-person golf cart, 4 bicycles, and beach gear made for easy travel around the community and fun times on the beach. We would most definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and Spacious
We had a great time in our vacation at Good Medicine. It’s just a walking distance away from the beach. We enjoyed the pool by the beach, the sauna, fitness center, the golf cart and the bikes. The house is beautiful and spacious. We would stay at this vacation house again. Thanks for the great accommodation!
