The “Escape Plan” is a private beach home, situated in beautiful Gulf Shores just 100 yards off the beach with gorgeous ocean views from all angles. Sip your coffee while watching the waves or enjoy a sunset dinner on the massive covered deck.
We completed some pretty significant updates after hurricane Sally.
The house comfortably sleeps eight and has all the amenities and furnishings you will need. We provide a variety of beach & fishing equipment & fishing wagon for your use as well as a swing bed. For inside fun, family games, puzzles, DVD player & cable television is provided.
Escape Plan is available as a vacation rental for parts of the year, but this is a private home so it has all the comforts you will need from a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable linens, with a large charcoal grill downstairs and a small electric grill on the upstairs deck.
3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom single family home with covered parking for three cars.

More extras: Beautiful & comfortable outdoor dining set, outdoor shower, DVD player, inside family games, binoculars, Polaroid One Step instant photo camera (You need to bring your own film) a variety of beach equipment as well as a swing bed under the porch.
**Fishing equipment - Reels on Wheels with fishing rods (For adults only, Not for children to use without adult supervision) **YOU must obtain your own Alabama fishing license.
NO SMOKING or vaping ALLOWED INSIDE the house
Please note we are unable to rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Additional Property Information
The doors have "hotel" locks and stay in the locked position. You will want to memorize the code or keep your phone with you so you have the code handy. If you have any problems with the code, please call me immediately and I will issue a new one.
There are also chain locks for both doors as these are hotel style and open when the handle is turned, so please remember to secure if needed.
Please do not leave doors "propped" open as the doors have sensors installed and the air conditioner or heater will shut off if the doors are left open. This is to protect our house from moisture and the units from being damaged.
You can enter the Escape Plan from either the side door or the back porch door. Please close & lock the door to the equipment/shed door at night to secure the items inside.
Please, keep the temperature at 0 for the freezer and 37 for the refrigerator.
Per the refrigerator technician, when you fill it with hot or warm food it takes about 24 hours to cool back down & if the temp is turned down, it takes longer to cool because it is also working to cool the freezer.
Storage unit for beach supplies: Door Code for the lock is 2657
**Fishing : **YOU must obtain your own Alabama fishing license.

Policies
- First Payment: 50% required up front.
- Offline Payments: For checks, arrival date must be at least 15 days in the future For custom instructions, arrival date must be at least 15 days in the future.
- Second Payment: Due 30 days before arrival, collected automatically.
- For credit cards: When the guest accepts and finalizes a quote, the card will be charged and a normal booking will be created without a pending status.
- For checks: The booking will be made pending for 14 days.
- If pending expires: Automatically cancel the booking.
If a booking is made using a payment method that doesn't automatically charge the guest, the following rules are used to put the booking in a pending state with auto-cancellation if payment isn't received/recorded by the deadline.

I purchased this lovely beach house in August of 2018. Of all the homes I looked at, this was the only one that provided a "beach front" view from the spacious back porch and I instantly fell in love.
I wanted to create a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere for all who come to visit and we hope you find it as refreshing as my family does.
My parents, siblings, husband & I have poured our heart & soul into updating this home.
My daughter Nataly shares in management of the Escape Plan.
