Are you looking for fun beach vibes with an elegant twist? Then look no further than The Dune Abides. This single level beach house comes with partial water views, spacious layout with high-end furnishings, guest details throughout and top-tier resort amenities.
Walk in and be engulfed in natural light flooding through the large windows throughout. With two living areas to choose from (with large Smart TV and streaming), everyone will have space to unwind. The chef in the group will appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout the kitchen, including a fully stocked arsenal of pots, pans, serving platters, and full size appliances. Enjoy meals together in either your indoor or outdoor dining space. The outdoor dining area is located below the home, under the covered patio, and includes a charcoal grill (BYO charcoal).
All 5 bedrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and pillows, ample lighting, clothing storage solutions and luggage racks. The bathrooms include basic toiletries and towels.

Your stay gives you access to all of the resort amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, outdoor lounging, outdoor picnic tables and charcoal grills, outdoor games such as shuffleboard, and quick beach access.
LOCATION:
The house is an easy 20 minute drive to the Gulf Shores strip, yet far enough away to avoid the party scene and enjoy sharing the beach with far fewer people. You can walk to protected nature areas, as well as historic Fort Morgan and the ferry to Dauphin Island. Gulf Shores, or “Small Town, Big Beach” is known for the white sand beaches, often described as sugar, and the crystal clear gulf waters. There is fishing, boating, and so much more here. It is not uncommon to see dolphins just off our beach.

Great find for a family vacation!
Molly’s place was a great find for a family vacation! It’s within walking distance of the beach and pool access. It’s got plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the layout gives privacy to each suite. The kitchen/family room/laundry areas function well for a big group. Our favorite feature was a toss up between the library wall and the carport area which provided lots of games and space for outdoor visiting. Molly provided an abundance of paper goods, toiletries, dishwasher tabs, coffee makers and coffee. The linens were good quality and plentiful.
There is some overall wear and tear that comes with short term rentals, but we would choose Molly’s place again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family had a wonderful time.

This home was excellent for our family of 12.
This home was excellent for our family of 12. Three bedrooms with on suite bathrooms was very helpful. So much space. Clean with a beautiful view. We will definitely look into Molly’s listing for all our future travel home needs. We had only one small question about the WiFi and Molly responded INSTANTLY! She had sent the info I just couldn’t find it. A true pleasure to work with Molly and stay in her beautiful home. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for our extended family to enjoy our annual vacation. If you value privacy, this is the perfect location. There were plenty of things for us to do without leaving.
