The Dunes is a gated condo complex with deeded beach access in the quiet part of Fort Morgan & Gulf Shores. The beach access is limited to two condo complexes and a small pocket of homes. This offers longs stretches of beach to enjoy with lots of privacy. From the condo, it is a two to three minute walk to the beach. The complex also includes an indoor pool with a hot tub, outdoor pool, and exercise room.
Dunes #405 is a one-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms that also includes a bunk bed alcove. In addition, there is a new sleeper sofa in the living allowing for up to 6 guests. There is a fully functional kitchen with all of the appliances, cookware and utensils needed to meet your cooking needs. The televisions in the living room and bedroom are smart TVs with a Roku device that includes YouTube TV, NetFlix, Hulu and DisneyPlus programming. There is also high-speed internet in the unit.
The Dunes is located near the Fort Morgan historic site and the ferry stop to Dauphin Island. Also, nearby is the popular Tacky Jack’s restaurant, Fort Morgan Marina, and several great golf courses.
Rentals are available with a three-day minimum to weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or longer.

Policies
There is a 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel three weeks before reservation date. There is a 50% refund of amount paid if you cancel 7 days before arrival date.
No refund if you cancel within 7 days of arrival.
The Dunes is located near the Fort Morgan and Fort Gaines historic site and the ferry stop to Dauphin Island. At Dauphin Island, there is the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab.
Also, nearby is the popular Tacky Jack’s restaurant, Fort Morgan Marina, and several great golf courses. Our location offers great options for fishing/deep sea fishing excursions, beautiful hiking trails.
In addition, there a many entertainment options in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

We live in the Nashville, TN area and plan to visit the property several times a year, but look forward to providing a great guest experience when not there. Wonderful Rental Experience
I would rate the condo, the location, the renters communication a 10/10! We normally stay in the busy area of GS or OB. Staying in the quiet area of Fort Morgan was such a welcoming change. The condo is very clean with all new appliances and very nicely decorated. Again, if you are looking for a rental in the Fort Morgan area I would suggest staying here at The Dunes unit 405 and book with Bruce. You will be glad you did.
