3. 4 Day minimum rentals during off peak time (other than Jun, July, Aug).
4. No bookings can be made later than 72 hours from the desired arrival date.
5. $200 refundable security deposit to hold reservation and cover lost or damaged items.
6. Cancellations must be made within 30 days of arrival date to avoid loss of security deposit.
